Thomas Barnes, M.D., graduated from the University of Southern California with honors and graduated with the highest honors from the Keck School of Medicine at USC. He completed his first residency training at UCLA Medical Center. He completed fellowship training in Cosmetic Surgery after which he began his practice at his Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Center in Newport Beach, California. He as been in practice in Newport Beach since 1997.
