MEADOW BROOK CLUB

Proceed about ¾ mile, you will pass the Milleridge Inn on the right and the road will fork, stay to the left of the fork, which is Route 107N. Proceed through 3 traffic lights (1st and 2nd are right after each other), staying to the left, as the left lane becomes a turning lane. At the fourth traffic light, which is the entrance to SUNY Old Westbury College, make a left-handed U-turn. After the U-turn, stay towards the right shoulder, the entrance to the club is 50 feet to the right; there is a small white sign that says, "Meadow Brook Club". Follow the driveway to the Clubhouse... The Meadow Brook Hunt Club was incorporated in Westbury, Long Island on May 12, 1881. The Club included the famous Meadow Brook Hounds. The original golf course was built in 1894 and was a nine-hole course. The Club became the 37 th member of the U.S.G.A. and in 1897 became a charter member of the M.G.A.
