In 2014, Charlotte came to the CAC from the Department of Children's Services. She worked as a family advocate and later as family advocacy manager. In 2021, Charlotte was promoted to director of child and family services. She received the James G. Hughes CPIT Excellence Award for Compassion in 2017 and the National Crime Victim's Rights Week Victim Service Professional Award in 2021. She has a MS in counseling from University of Memphis.

When Kate joined the CAC in 2023 as director of development, she brought 18 years of experience with her. At ALSAC/St. Jude, she developed corporate and individual donor fundraising support models. She also worked as part of the Orpheum Theatre development team and at the Vail Valley Foundation. Kate is a native Memphian and graduated from the University of Montana.

Kris became the director of operations in 2023. He joined the CAC in 2015 as prevention director. Under his leadership, the CAC prevention team trained over 25,000 adults in Stewards of Children. Prior to joining the CAC, Kris worked at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South in various leadership roles. He has served on the board of the Memphis Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

As deputy director, Lydia leads the CAC's quality improvement, data utilization, and staff well-being programs, in addition to team and program management. She's also responsible for the CAC's national accreditation process. Lydia joined the CAC in 2019 as director of interagency partnerships, facilitating the multi-agency Shelby County Child Protection Investigation Team (CPIT). Prior to the CAC, she served as director of population health at Christ Community Health Services. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University and is a 2023 graduate of Leadership Memphis.

Virginia assumed the role of executive director in 2014. She was first hired at the CAC in 1998. She served as the CAC's development and community relations director and then associate director. Virginia is past president of the Memphis chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, a recipient of the Memphis Business Journal's Top 40 Under 40, and has been recognized by the Association of Fundraising Professionals as Outstanding Fundraising Executive.
