Ady Germanguz joined the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners in 2020 as an education programs coordinator. In her role, Ady designs and develops educational programs and online educational content. Ady holds an MA in Education, a Learning Design Certificate and has 15 years' experience in non-profit organizations. Outside of work, Ady enjoys traveling and spending time in nature with her three daughters and her husband, Igal.

Alexandra Rojas joined NAPNAP in 2014 as an education specialist. For NAPNAP national conferences, Alexandra manages the registration system and responds to member inquiries about the event. She also works with chapters, special interest groups (SIGs) and other stakeholders on continuing education accreditation applications. Her job also includes creating courses for PedsCE SM, our e-learning platform. Alexandra enjoys hiking, road trips and traveling abroad.

Anna Chernis joined the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners in 2012 and serves as the events and logistics supervisor. Working in our Education Department, Anna is responsible for meeting logistics and hotel coordination for all events, including national conference and symposium. She manages all aspects of the virtual symposium. Anna also works with faculty and students on certification review courses and is responsible for the speaker coordination and support at our events. Anna is a big tennis fan and enjoys traveling.

Daniela Weitzman joined the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners in 2012 and currently manages the Membership Department and all 53 chapters. In her role, she oversees member recruitment and retention and customer service to members, volunteer leaders and other stakeholders. Daniela was born in Santiago, Chile, and now resides in NYC's FiDi area two blocks from the NAPNAP office with her husband and their four-legged child, Louis.

With long-standing close relationships with members of Congress and their staff, executive branch officials, federal agency leaders, health care organizations and patient advocacy groups, Dave Mason is a key member of NAPNAP's policy team. For almost a decade, his superior understanding of legislative, regulatory and political procedures coupled with his expertise in a broad range of health policies, federal appropriations and issues, including Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program, have helped guide our advocacy efforts.

Dawn Mason is a PMHNP, PMHS and CPNP currently practicing in the Dept of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Hospital. She is also a consulting associate faculty for the PNP program at the Duke University School of Nursing. Dawn has served in leadership roles for the NC and Charlotte NAPNAP chapters and the DBMH SIG. She has a passion for working with children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health needs. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University and Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Andrea Kline-Tilford is the nurse practitioner director for C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been a nurse practitioner for more than 20 years with experience in pediatric critical care and pediatric cardiovascular surgery. She is the co-founder of NAPNAP's Acute Care special interest group (SIG) and is the professional issues department editor for the Journal of Pediatric Health Care. She has presented and published widely on topics of advanced practice nursing and pediatric critical care.
Dr. Beth Heuer is a PNP, pediatric mental health specialist (PMHS) and Associate Professor of Clinical Instruction at Temple University. She specializes in the care of children with neurologic and developmental/behavioral health diagnoses. She has presented nationally and published on numerous pediatric topics, with recent focus on PNP preceptor development. She has co-authored multiple NAPNAP position statements and several book chapters. She is a past president of the Three Rivers Chapter of NAPNAP, former chairperson for NAPNAP's Professional Issues Committee, and is a member of the PNCB PMHS committee. She is honored and humbled to serve on the NAPNAP board.
is a PNP currently practicing full time at the UTHealth McGovern Medical School High Risk Children's Clinic. There, she works alongside a dynamic team that manages the care for children with complex medical conditions. She received her BSN and MSN degrees from the University of Rochester and her DNP from the University of South Florida. Dr. Harris has more than 20 years of pediatric nursing experience and has held leadership positions in both clinical and academic settings. Dr. Harris has served NAPNAP at the local and national level in the past and is honored to continue serve our wonderful organization.

Since 2013, Eileen Arnold-Ley has supported NAPNAP's executive office and board and provided project management and fundraising guidance to the NAPNAP Foundation and NAPNAP Partners for Vulnerable Youth. She is proud to have recently earned ASAE's CAE (certified association executive) credential. In her free time, she serves as co-chair of the New York Society of Association Executives (NYSAE) Membership Engagement Committee and was NYSAE's 2018 Volunteer of the Year. Prior to joining NAPNAP, Eileen spent more than 10 years as a professional stage manager, and she still loves attending theater with her husband, Darren.

Heather Keesing has been the senior manager of professional development & nursing practice at NAPNAP since 2004, where she manages programs aligned with clinical practice resources, public education and professional development for pediatric-focused advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs). Heather also plans, implements, manages and evaluates NAPNAP's organizational partnerships, publications, position statements and research activities. Heather loves to cook and enjoys spending time at the beach in New Jersey with her husband, Scott, and their dog, Zane.

James H Wendorf serves as executive director of NAPNAP, leading efforts to build on the association's strengths and develop opportunities to meet the professional needs of its members in the evolving pediatric health care landscape. He also serves as vice president of NAPNAP Partners for Vulnerable Youth and chief administrative officer of the NAPNAP Foundation.
Prior to joining NAPNAP in 2020, Jim served for 17 years as executive director of the National Center for Learning Disabilities and then as senior advisor to the Poses Family Foundation, a private philanthropy. In his volunteer work, he is vice president of the board of the Yale Alumni Nonprofit Alliance. His previous volunteer service includes the Director's Council of Public Representatives of the National Institutes of Health and the NIH Chimpanzee Research Usage Panel.
During his tenure in non-profit organizations, Jim has worked extensively with boards, funders, teams and consultants to build programs, partnerships and financial resources to meet ambitious goals. He earned degrees from Yale College (B.A.), University of Cambridge (M.A., Honours B.A.) and Cornell University (M.A.).

Jane Tobias is an assistant professor at the Jefferson College of Nursing at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. She is a supporter of interprofessional collaboration and brings her primary care pediatric expertise to the Jefferson Center for Autism and Neurodiversity, where she works with a team developing community inclusion programs for individuals with autism and neurodiversity across the lifespan. Dr. Tobias also practices clinically at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, combining her passion for pediatric advocacy and education of pediatric nurse practitioner students.

Jennifer Sonney is an assistant professor at the University of Washington School of Nursing and the pediatric nurse practitioner program director. Dr. Sonney's program of research focuses on improving immediate and long-term health outcomes of children with asthma by reducing symptom burden through novel technology solutions, innovative interventions and cutting-edge clinical practice transformations. Dr. Sonney is passionate about preparing the next generation of pediatric advanced practice nurses; she delights in drawing upon her years of primary care to bring pediatrics alive in the classroom. Jennifer is exceptionally honored to serve on the NAPNAP board and support the profession she loves.

Jessica Spruit is an associate professor and specialty coordinator of the pediatric acute care NP program at Wayne State University in Detroit. She maintains clinical practice in hematopoietic stem cell transplant and palliative care. A passionate advocate for the integration of palliative care in pediatric oncology and stem cell transplant care, Jessica has participated in research investigating barriers and benefits of such integration. Prior to her role on the executive board, Jessica served as the Acute Care SIG and Conference Planning Committee Chair. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue working with NAPNAP and colleagues from across the country.

Justin T. Worsley has served as the communications and digital marketing supervisor for the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners since 2015. Laura Nelsen joined the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners in 2007 and serves as the director of education & learning. In the Education Department, Laura oversees the planning of the national conference and symposium events. She manages NAPNAP's continuing education accreditation program, maintains the association's online learning website, PedsCE SM, and coordinates the development of professional education courses. Laura's favorite place to be is in the bleachers at sporting events for her three sons.

Linda Young has more than 25 years of experience in accounting and finance. In 2011, Linda joined the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and has been instrumental in modernizing the Finance Department. Linda currently serves as the director of finance and administration, overseeing finance, human resources and IT. Linda has a loving husband, two adult children, a dog Frankie and cat Archer. She resides in Wildwood, N.J., and loves the beach, decorating and shopping.
Maria (Chelsea) Woosley is an assistant professor of pediatrics for the School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHSC) in San Antonio and the associate chair for APPs in the Department of Pediatrics. She completed her nursing and PNP degree from UTHSC, and she achieved a post-master's certificate as a PNP-AC and her DNP from Vanderbilt University. She has practiced for over 17 years in the PICU at a pediatric level 1 trauma center and has published in acute care and trauma research literature. She serves as a mentor and educator to NP students, medical students, pediatric residents and fellows, and she was voted two years in a row as Best NP by the pediatric residents. Dr. Woosley is starting her first year as a member-at-large for the Executive Board.
Mary Wagner is a senior accountant and has been with NAPNAP since 2005. Her responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements and budget preparation for NAPNAP, NAPNAP Foundation and NAPNAP Partners for Vulnerable Youth. Mary was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga, sampling local wines, watching professional sports and spending time with family and friends.

Since joining the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners in 2012, Michele Stickel has served in multiple roles in the organization. Currently, she works with NAPNAP's team to develop multi-channel campaigns to promote the association's products and services, as well as increase awareness about the role of nurse practitioners in child health. Michele also works on NAPNAP's health policy efforts. She enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her family.

Starting as a consultant, Petula Wilson has since transitioned to serve as NAPNAP's senior manager of human resources. In addition to being a collaborative member of the Finance and Administration Department, she is a certified human resources professional (PHR) with 20-plus years of experience in the field. She currently resides in a suburb near Philadelphia with her teenage daughter and husband.

Dr. Spratling is a pediatric nurse practitioner, nurse researcher and nurse educator. Her practice and research have focused on children and adolescents with chronic conditions and their families. She has numerous publications and presentations, and NIH funded research on the development and testing of an educational intervention for caregivers of children who require tracheostomies and feeding tubes. Currently, she serves as research methods department editor for the Journal of Pediatric Health Care. She is passionate about mentoring nursing doctoral students, educators and clinicians, and building practice and research teams focusing on critical child and family health issues.

Shari joined NAPNAP in 2021 and serves as the associate director of member engagement. Shari plans and directs the implementation of services for NAPNAP's members and 53 chapters, which includes data-driven member engagement, retention, recruitment strategies and implementation plans. She evaluates data and insights to understand needs and utilize the information to enhance member experience, new content, benefits, and program offerings. Shari resides in Queens, N.Y. with her husband, Kelly. In her spare time, she enjoys watching the Mets, Jets and horse racing and spending time with friends.

Simone Daley is the program specialist as part of NAPNAP's education team. She joined NAPNAP in 2012 as an office assistant and brought exceptional experience in office operations, enhancing executive productivity and creating employee relations strategies. Simone brings over 14 years of customer service to NAPNAP and oversees activities with our external partners and alliances, special interest groups (SIGs), NAPNAP volunteers and our conference poster presentations. She currently resides in her hometown of New York with her two sons.
Dr. Stacia Hays is an expert pediatric nurse practitioner and pediatric primary NP program coordinator. She is a rural health practitioner and vocal NP advocate, demonstrating advocacy excellence through clinical practice and legislative engagement at state and national levels. She drives leadership in advancing the NP role through service on local, state and national committees and is an invited presenter nationally and internationally on NP practice and vulnerable populations. She led a national workgroup for human trafficking protocol development and developed the first NP-led multidisciplinary care team at her institution. She is the recipient of state, national, and international advocacy awards.
