Outside of work, Ady enjoys traveling and spending time in nature with her three daughters and her husband, Igal.

Alexandra Rojas joined NAPNAP in 2014 as an education specialist. For NAPNAP national conferences, Alexandra manages the registration system and responds to member inquiries about the event. Anna Chernis

Anna Chernis joined the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners in 2012 and serves as the events and logistics supervisor. Working in our Education Department, Anna is responsible for meeting logistics and hotel coordination for all events, including national conference and symposium. She manages all aspects of the virtual symposium. Anna also works with faculty and students on certification review courses and is responsible for the speaker coordination and support at our events. Anna is a big tennis fan and enjoys traveling.

Daniela was born in Santiago, Chile, and now resides in NYC's FiDi area two blocks from the NAPNAP office with her husband and their four-legged child, Louis.

Dave Mason

With long-standing close relationships with members of Congress and their staff, executive branch officials, federal agency leaders, health care organizations and patient advocacy groups, Dave Mason is a key member of NAPNAP's policy team. For almost a decade, his superior understanding of legislative, regulatory and political procedures coupled with his expertise in a broad range of health policies, federal appropriations and issues, including Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program, have helped guide our advocacy efforts.

Dawn Mason is a PMHNP, PMHS and CPNP currently practicing in the Dept of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Duke University Hospital. She is also a consulting associate faculty for the PNP program at the Duke University School of Nursing. Dawn has served in leadership roles for the NC and Charlotte NAPNAP chapters and the DBMH SIG. Dr. Andrea Kline-Tilford

Dr. Andrea Kline-Tilford is the nurse practitioner director for C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been a nurse practitioner for more than 20 years with experience in pediatric critical care and pediatric cardiovascular surgery. She is the co-founder of NAPNAP's Acute Care special interest group (SIG) and is the professional issues department editor for the Journal of Pediatric Health Care. She has presented and published widely on topics of advanced practice nursing and pediatric critical care.

Dr. Beth Heuer

Dr. Beth Heuer is a PNP, pediatric mental health specialist (PMHS) and Associate Professor of Clinical Instruction at Temple University. She specializes in the care of children with neurologic and developmental/behavioral health diagnoses. She has presented nationally and published on numerous pediatric topics, with recent focus on PNP preceptor development. She has co-authored multiple NAPNAP position statements and several book chapters. She is a past president of the Three Rivers Chapter of NAPNAP, former chairperson for NAPNAP's Professional Issues Committee, and is a member of the PNCB PMHS committee. She is honored and humbled to serve on the NAPNAP board.

Dr. Tomika Harris

is a PNP currently practicing full time at the UTHealth McGovern Medical School High Risk Children's Clinic. There, she works alongside a dynamic team that manages the care for children with complex medical conditions. She received her BSN and MSN degrees from the University of Rochester and her DNP from the University of South Florida. Dr. Harris has more than 20 years of pediatric nursing experience and has held leadership positions in both clinical and academic settings. Dr. Harris has served NAPNAP at the local and national level in the past and is honored to continue serve our wonderful organization.

James H Wendorf serves as executive director of NAPNAP, leading efforts to build on the association's strengths and develop opportunities to meet the professional needs of its members in the evolving pediatric health care landscape. He also serves as vice president of NAPNAP Partners for Vulnerable Youth and chief administrative officer of the NAPNAP Foundation. Prior to joining NAPNAP in 2020, Jim served for 17 years as executive director of the National Center for Learning Disabilities and then as senior advisor to the Poses Family Foundation, a private philanthropy. In his volunteer work, he is vice president of the board of the Yale Alumni Nonprofit Alliance. His previous volunteer service includes the Director's Council of Public Representatives of the National Institutes of Health and the NIH Chimpanzee Research Usage Panel. During his tenure in non-profit organizations, Jim has worked extensively with boards, funders, teams and consultants to build programs, partnerships and financial resources to meet ambitious goals. He earned degrees from Yale College (B.A.), University of Cambridge (M.A., Honours B.A.) and Cornell University (M.A.).

She maintains clinical practice in hematopoietic stem cell transplant and palliative care. A passionate advocate for the integration of palliative care in pediatric oncology and stem cell transplant care, Jessica has participated in research investigating barriers and benefits of such integration. Prior to her role on the executive board, Jessica served as the Acute Care SIG and Conference Planning Committee Chair. Maria (Chelsea) Woosley is an assistant professor of pediatrics for the School of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHSC) in San Antonio and the associate chair for APPs in the Department of Pediatrics. She completed her nursing and PNP degree from UTHSC, and she achieved a post-master's certificate as a PNP-AC and her DNP from Vanderbilt University. She has practiced for over 17 years in the PICU at a pediatric level 1 trauma center and has published in acute care and trauma research literature. She serves as a mentor and educator to NP students, medical students, pediatric residents and fellows, and she was voted two years in a row as Best NP by the pediatric residents. Dr. Woosley is starting her first year as a member-at-large for the Executive Board.

Dr. Stacia Hays is an expert pediatric nurse practitioner and pediatric primary NP program coordinator.
