Aaron Orr is a pleasant young man with a great genuine smile! When you meet him, you immediately know you can trust him.
Aaron joined the ORRTeam early in 2009 as an administrator working on the many details required in the real estate business. He obtained his Indiana Real Estate license in 2009, but trained for a year before beginning his sales career. In late 2010, Aaron began selling real estate, and is enjoying a GREAT first season!
Aaron loves people, is a natural salesperson, and he is excellent with details and follow-up. He has the same Orr team approachable, honest style. He mainly assists buyers, but will happily help you in the sale of your property as well!
Aaron is a lifelong resident of Delaware County and graduate of Delta High School. He also is completing his business degree while at Ball State University. He attended and played Golf at Aurora University in Chicago. We are proud and appreciate that he joined the Orr Family business! Aaron loves to talk and play sports, and like the rest of the Orr family is a true Colts fan.
The real estate business is appointment after appointment for a busy salesperson. The problem with that is……..who is talking to you or taking care of business while your agent is in appointments? Ashley Orr would enjoy being that person when you work with the Orr Team!
Ashley is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. She is married to Ryan Orr and is mother of Olivia and Isaac! Ashley Orr is a skillful communicator, and is an excellent problem solver. She works relentlessly implementing the many details required to get each transaction closed. Ashley always takes pride in just getting the job done!
Ashley's experience and skills are plentiful! She is a licensed Real Estate agent in Indiana. She also is experienced as a Loan Originator and processor for a mortgage company, which gives her insight and understanding of what needs to happen on the mortgage side. (Mortgage officers don't lie to Ashley!) She also has extensive training from Harris University and is a designated "short sale" expert, which is a distinct "ORRTeam advantage". She attended Delta High School and Ball State University as Ashley Dawson.
Ashley will be a "lighthouse" for you in your transaction. She will help make your buying and selling experience painless and enjoyable.

Patrick Orr still LOVES the real estate business after 25+ years of full time real estate sales! His primary focus is always on the customer's needs first! He and his wife Susan, owned and operated Eagle Real Estate for 16 years, and he has over 20 years experience as an auctioneer. His accomplishments are many, but he is most proud of being the father, of 3 great sons-Ryan, Aaron, and Christian, and grandfather of Olivia and Isaac, and husband of 40 years! Prior to real estate, he worked as a salesperson, farmer, and in retail as a small grocery owner. He has many years of experience as a landlord and has completed many construction projects, both as a flipper and investor. As a lifelong resident of the area, Patrick obtained his B.S. from BSU in business administration after attending Delta High School. His designations and specialized classes in Real Estate are various and many. His sales have been in the top 1% in the industry for most of his career!

Ryan Orr is a veteran real estate agent at a very young age. He began his real estate career in 2003 at the tender age of 20! Ryan elected to follow in his fathers footsteps and pursue his real estate career locally.
Ryan is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, and graduate of Delta High School. He is a licensed Auctioneer and has obtained his Salesperson and Broker Indiana Real Estate licenses. He and Ashley have two children (Olivia and Isaac).
Susan is in charge of photographing and mapping properties out with our 3D Matterport camera.
