His mission is to "restore faith in media," by providing cross-over communications at the intersection of faith and culture, and to give Christian messages relevance and meaning in mainstream media. Larry has influenced public opinion through strategic PR counsel to individuals and organizations during a career in mainstream and Christian public relations spanning more than 35 years. Larry's work includes consultation and representation for many influential NRB members, including evangelist Billy Graham, for whom he has served as principal spokesperson since 1981.
Abraham Hamilton, III is a husband, father of six wonderful children, homeschool dad, lawyer, Bible Teacher, and national radio and television talk show host.
He serves as American Family Association's General Counsel and hosts "The Hamilton Corner," which airs Monday through Friday at 5 p.m. CST on the American Family Radio Network (AFR). He also hosts "The Hamilton Corner" television program, which airs Friday evenings at 8 p.m. CST on NRB TV. He has an undergraduate degree in New Testament Biblical Literature and a Juris Doctor degree. Bill Blount is President of Blount Communications Group, a Christian radio network of eight full power stations, operating on 13 frequencies, located throughout New England, which he and his wife, Deborah, founded more than 43 years ago.
He previously served as Chairman of the NRB Board. In addition, he has served as Chairman of the International, Membership, Ethics, Nominating, Awards, Public Policy, and Resolutions Committees, as well as a member of the NRB Music Licensing Committee. He has traveled extensively, partnering with international ministries such as TWR, HCJB, FEBC, The Bible League, Compassion International, and Gospel for Asia. For recreation, Bill enjoys motorcycles, snowmobiles, scuba diving, and hunting. He and Deborah live by a lake in a small New Hampshire town.

Bill Bumpas was born and raised in Fort Worth, TX, and is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University.
Bill has been in radio since 1991 and began working at Encouragement Media Group (Tyler, TX) in 2019 serving as the ministry's Vice President of Programming. He worked numerous positions at KCBI (Dallas) in a 14-year span. Bill also served as producer of a weekly radio program for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Brett Larson Crawford Broadcasting In 1999, Dr. Larson began a full-time career with Crawford Broadcasting at the legendary WDCX-FM. He now serves in leadership with Crawford as a Corporate General Manager who oversees 5 full-power Christian radio stations in Buffalo, Rochester, Birmingham, and Cullman/Huntsville. Dr. Larson also hosts a daily radio program called Skopos. He's earned a Bachelor's in Communications, a Master's in Business Administration, a Master's in Theological Studies, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Liberty University. Christopher Gould currently serves as SVP/GM for Salem Media Group, overseeing national and local Christian teaching and talk programming.
Chris also helps facilitate Salem's ministry relations and their many pastors events annually, which reach thousands of pastors. He also sits on the acquisition committee for Salem Books. Since February 2021, he lives in Colorado Springs and also oversees three local Salem radio stations: KBIQ Q102.7 FM, KGFT The Word 100.7 FM, and KZNT The Answer AM 1460 and 101.1 FM. His dad was in radio in Cincinnati, so he began loving the whole enterprise as a little kid. Right out of college, he led a station team that began doing radio research. Dave Santrella Salem Media Group In January 2022 Dave was promoted to Chief Executive Officer after serving 12 years as the President of Broadcast Media for Salem Media Group. Salem is a publicly traded company (SALM) specializing in Christian and Conservative content with over 1400 employees and 3500 affiliates in 30 markets. He continues to oversee all local stations as well as the network assets and rep firms. Under Dave's leadership, Salem has launched Salem Surround - a digital platform - which has been a powerful revenue growth engine for the company and has dramatically increased Salem's digital abilities and footprint to help their clients. Salem Podcast Network, SalemNOW, and the Salem News Channel have also been launched under his leadership. David W. Clark is an organizational consultant.
He serves on the boards of the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, MOVIEGUIDE®, and Network211. He is a Leadership Fellow and adjunct professor in Dallas Baptist University's doctoral program. He was president of Palm Beach Atlantic University from July 2003 until his retirement in June 2009. David worked extensively in Christian media, serving as president of FamilyNet, vice president of the Broadcast Communications Group for the North American Missions Board (NAMB) of the Southern Baptist Convention, president of KMC Media, and vice president of marketing for the Christian Broadcasting Network where he headed an in-house agency that placed television programs in 200 domestic and 20 international markets. He received the William Ward Ayers Distinguished Service Award from the National Religious Broadcasters in 2009. Debra Fraser currently serves as President of TLN Media.
Her television and media ministry experience has expanded over 40 years. Debra worked to launch the ministry's San Francisco full-power broadcast station in 1998 where she would later be named General Manager. Debra built the ministry's Affiliate Network of stations sharing programming to over 100 like-minded outlets. She was named President of Total Living International in 2016. Her introduction to cable and broadcast began in her teens. Her passion and drive led to nearly 12 years as an executive with Family Christian Broadcasting (FCB) where she helped launch KFCB TV 42 in Concord, California, and eventually oversaw operations, sales, and programming for multiple stations. Whether in an interview or business setting, her passion is to provide an opportunity for every person on the planet to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ through media. Under her leadership, TLN Media received several NRB and Emmy awards, for a program she hosted. Dr. Paul Virts is a retired broadcast executive, media research specialist, and consultant. As an executive he served for 13 years as senior vice president for media at University of Northwestern (MN) and for four years as COO of Leading the Way with Dr. Michael Youssef.
Most recently he conducted donor and media research for consultancy DickersonBakker for 7 years. Earlier he was the manager of marketing research at CBN and taught full-time and part-time at Regent University. He plans to continue to provide research consulting with broadcast ministries. Paul first attended NRB in 1980 and served on the NRB Board and various NRB committees for nearly 20 years.
Richard Lee PhD is the president and speaker for the national television/radio broadcast ministry, There's Hope America. During his life and ministry, he has also pastored three mega churches in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia.
He has authored 21 books for major publishers, including the American Patriot's Bible which reached #5 on Amazon's best seller list. Farris was founding president of both the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA; 1983) and Patrick Henry College (PHC; 2000). He continues to serve as chairman of the board of HSLDA and chancellor emeritus of PHC.
He graduated from Western Washington State College magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in political science, followed by a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University (with honors). He also earned an LL.M. in public international law (with honors) from the University of London.
Farris has specialized in constitutional appellate litigation. In that capacity, he has argued before the appellate courts of 13 states, 8 federal circuit courts of appeal, and the US Supreme Court, where in 2018 he successfully argued NIFLA v. Becerra, resulting in a free speech victory for California's pro-life pregnancy centers.
Farris has testified many times before both the House and Senate. A senior executive with more than 30 years of management and business experience, Troy A. Miller was elected as President & CEO of NRB in July 2022. He had served as the interim CEO of NRB since March 2019. Under Miller's leadership, the association has recaptured a strong financial position, grown its membership, and significantly enhanced programming, networking, sponsorship, and exhibition aspects of the annual NRB International Christian Media Convention. Miller is also currently President & CEO of NRBTV, where he has served since June 2005.
Miller served with distinction in the US Navy from 1983-1988, including time assigned to the Naval Engineering Command at Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, MS. Miller was part of the commissioning crew of USS Bunker Hill. Wayne Pederson began his radio career in 1967 as announcer and afternoon drive host on KTIS in Minneapolis.
