New England Chapter provides opportunity for presentation of technical education programs, discussion of regulations, safety issues, and meetings to address local concerns. We also offer educational scholarships to students to attend technical schools or universities using chapter resources to fund programs... The New England Chapter of the ISEE, originally known as "The American Blasting Association", was granted its charter in 1979. It has since become one of the ISEE's largest and most active chapters.
