Andrea English

Andrea English is a dermatology physician assistant (PA-C) at Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center. She practices under the supervision of Dr. Reichel. Andrea has over ten years of clinical experience with the past eight specializing in dermatology. As a PA, Andrea has the expertise and ability to provide a wide variety of services including diagnosing skin disorders, skin cancer screenings, writing prescriptions, ordering and interpreting lab tests, would care, and medical treatment of a wide variety of clinical dermatology. Andrea graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California in Santa Cruz with a Bachelor of Arts in biology. She obtained her physician assistant education at Duke University where she received her Master of Health Sciences in 1997. As a Seattle native, Andrea returned and began her career as a family practice physician assistant at Group Health Cooperative. This family practice experience allowed Andrea to develop skills in many areas and determine that her most rewarding work was in the diverse field of dermatology. Andrea has been practicing in the specialty of Dermatology since 2004. Andrea has a full range of medical dermatology experience treating patients of all ages. She has a special interest in treating acne in teenagers and young adults. She enjoys treating eczema, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, performing full body skin cancer exams and counseling patients on skin cancer prevention. Furthermore, she orders and interprets lab tests and writes prescriptions. Andrea is also experienced and certified in BOTOX and chemical peels. Andrea is a current member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Washington State Dermatology Association. As a Seattle native, she enjoys an active lifestyle and spending as much time as possible outdoors with her husband and young son. When time allows, she loves learning about other cultures and world travel.

Dr. Jennifer Reichel - Founder

Dr. Jennifer Reichel is the founder and director of Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center. She is a board-certified dermatologist. Dr. Reichel has advanced fellowship training in Mohs Micrographic skin cancer surgery, liposuction, facial rejuvenation, eyelid lifts, BOTOX®, tissue fillers, and lasers. Dr. Reichel is also fully trained in leg vein treatment.Dr. Reichel attended the University of Colorado for both her undergraduate degree and her doctorate of Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Molecular & Developmental Biology in 1993 and completed medical school in 1997. She then underwent residency training in Dermatology at the University of Washington, followed by a postgraduate fellowship in Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery and cosmetic surgery. "I believe that an all-encompassing approach to skin care is the key to radiant, healthy complexions." From liposuction and lasers to injectables like Botox, Restylane, and Radiesse, Dr. Reichel focuses on rejuvenating youth and beauty synergistically. With a passion for excellence, she is dedicated to delivering custom-tailored results that are harmonious with patients' goals and proud reflections of Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center. Dr. Reichel is on faculty at the University of Washington and is the primary teacher of cosmetic procedures for the dermatology residents and fellows. She is active on a national level and is a regular speaking at skin surgery meetings. She has been featured on television and in numerous magazines including New Beauty, Spa Magazine, Allure, Skin & Aging and MedEsthetics. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), The American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS) the Women's Dermatologic Society (WDS), and the Seattle and Washington Dermatologic Societies.

Dr. Laurie Jacobson

Dr. Laurie Jacobson is a board certified dermatologist who completed a laser, cosmetic surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery fellowship in New York City. She is the first doctor to bring the Fraxel laser to Seattle five years ago. Dr. Jacobson graduated from the University of Michigan with Distinction and then attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for medical school. She completed her dermatology residency at Case Western Reserve University where she was Chief resident. Following her residency, she trained with Dr. Roy Geronemus for her Mohs and laser fellowship. She worked in Manhattan for two years at Laser and Skin Surgery Center of New York prior to moving to Seattle. Dr. Jacobson's practice focuses on general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She has lectured nationally and written textbook chapters and journal articles on topics ranging from novel skin cancer treatments to cosmetic enhancement of scars. She lives in Seattle with her husband and two young children and enjoys pilates, distance running, and travel. Dr. Laurie Jacobson was invited to KOMO News for Skin Cancer Awareness month.

Dr. Sonia A. Lamel

Dr. Sonia A. Lamel is a board-certified dermatologist who provides the full spectrum of dermatologic care and treatments from medical to cosmetic. Dr. Lamel believes in a whole body approach as every component of health has an impact on skin. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their best skin health and is valued for her caring bedside manner and unique approach teaming her years of expertise and training with her patients to optimize skin care. She utilizes her extensive training in medical and cosmetic dermatology including lasers, injectable fillers, neurotoxins, chemical peels, ultrasound, and radiofrequency devices to treat her patients. Having completed a fellowship in wound healing, she applies her detailed knowledge of skin repair to achieve the best outcomes possible for her patients. Dr. Lamel completed her undergraduate studies at Brown University while also competing as an All-American water polo player. After completing medical school at St. George's University and internship in internal medicine at Boston University, she completed dermatology residency at New York Medical College where she served as chief resident. Dr. Lamel has been a part of research teams at University of California Davis, San Francisco, and served as faculty during her time at University of Miami while treating and researching difficult to heal wounds. She has led many studies and authored approximately 25 publications in peer reviewed dermatology journals and textbooks. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatology Surgery. Dr. Lamel was also granted a Gold Triangle Award from the American Academy of Dermatology for work in community outreach and her promotion of skin cancer awareness having had a bout with melanoma herself.

Sara J. Wagner

Sara J. Wagner is a Certified Physician Assistant who has specialized in dermatology for over ten years. Originally from New England, she graduated from Colby College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Biology. After working briefly for Pfizer Inc. as a sales representative, Sara decided to pursue her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of New England where she graduated with honors. Upon graduating, Sara relocated to Jacksonville, FL with her husband who was finishing up his active duty obligation as a Naval Pilot. Having practiced dermatology in Florida for over a decade, Sara is adept at recognizing and treating all types of skin cancers from basal cell carcinomas to melanomas. With a keen interest in skin cancer screenings, she utilizes the practice of dermatoscopy to enhance her ability to detect malignant lesions. Sara's experience also enables her to diagnose and treat a variety of other skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema and warts. In addition to general dermatology, Sara is skilled in the injection of Botox and the use of various lasers.

Stacey Warren

Stacey Warren was raised in Southern California where she graduated from California State University, Fullerton cum laude with her bachelor's degree in biology with minors in chemistry and biotechnology. After attaining her bachelor's degree, she moved to New Mexico and attended the University of St. Francis where she graduated with her master's degree in physician assistant studies. During her clinical year, she focused her rotations with an emphasis in dermatology. Upon graduation, she began working as a dermatology practitioner in Washington State.
