OLRS - Key Persons

Hello OLRS parents and students! My name is Ann Brussell and it is my pleasure to grade the elementary lessons. I grew up on a farm in rural KY, the oldest of ten children. I attended St. Charles School (a public institution) and was taught by the Ursuline Sisters of Mount St. Joseph, you might think of us as a mission. I have bachelors and master's degrees from Nazareth College (near Bardstown) and Spalding University (Louisville). The last 30 years I have been widowed. I am blessed with one daughter and two grandsons. For 27 years, I taught in the public school system. Since I have "retired", I returned to teach part-time for six years. Also, I took classes in tax preparation and have worked at H&R Block for 24 seasons.

My name is Robin Akridge and I have worked for OLRS for 30 years. I graduated from University of Kentucky with a Marketing and Management degree. I've been married for 32 years to my devoted husband Ken and have two boys, Joshua 25
