Amanda joined our team in 2023. She has been married to her husband Matt for 5 years and has 2 children. Over the years she has served in different ministry areas of the church and loves to see people grow in their relationship with Jesus. She enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and being creative.
Lisa joined our team as the TUFF (Tuscarawas United - Feeding our Future) Bags Director in 2024, a role she has held since 2019 with previous agencies. She has been married to her husband Mike since 2004, and together they have 3 sons, Chad, Devon, and Colton. She is passionate about the mission of eradicating childhood food insecurity in Tuscarawas County and bringing people together to be the hands and feet of Jesus to children in our community. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs, Foster and Stella, reading, exploring new places, and volunteering.
Pastor Matt is our Associate Youth Pastor. He and his wife, Amanda, have two beautiful children, Emmie and Paul. He loves to work with his hands, work on their home, and see young people grow in their walk with Jesus. Matt was ordained in 2023.
Pastor Matt joined our team in January 2021. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and has been married to Pastor Miranda since 2018. The two were also ordained together in June 2021. Pastor Matt serves as our Community Life Pastor, bridging a passion for both spiritual growth in the local church and community-wide transformation in Christ. In his free time, Pastor Matt enjoys watching OSU Football, live music, and Disney+. He also enjoys hiking and playing board games, disc golf, tennis, and PlayStation.
Pastor Miranda joined our team in January 2021. She is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and has been married to Pastor Matt since 2018. The two were also ordained together in June 2021. She began at NPNaz as a pastor of Community Life, and currently serves as our Youth Pastor. She is passionate about the Church in general, and is grateful for the opportunity to specifically minister to our students and their families. In her free time, Pastor Miranda enjoys reading, hiking, live music, spending time with friends and family, and playing with their cat, Marble.
Pastor Scott accepted the call to serve as the lead pastor of NPNaz in the summer of 2023. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a B.S. in Sociology/Criminal Justice, and he managed restaurants before entering full-time ministry. He married Tiffany in 1992 and served 18 years in youth ministry before accepting his first lead pastorate in Gardiner, Maine, where he served for 4 years before lead pastoring at Bowling Green First in Kentucky. Scott enjoys all things Boston for professional sports but is passionate about his Ohio State Buckeyes! For fun, he enjoys playing fantasy sports, spending time with his boys (Kidron and Kasen), date nights with Tiffany, riding motorcycles and four-wheelers, and reading, lots of reading. Being a husband, father, and pastor are dreams come true for Scott.
Tiffany joined the staff in January 2024. She is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University and has a B.A. in Education. Tiffany is married to Pastor Scott, and together they have two children, Kidron and Kasen. Being a part of the local church and serving in the community has been one of Tiffany's great joys. "I love knowing the people and businesses in the area where we minister". In her free time, Tiffany enjoys doing almost anything with her family as long as they are together. Her favorites are traveling in the car or hanging together in the same room. She also enjoys anything with a good storyline, whether it be a book, movie, musical, documentary, or conversation with a friend. "I love being pulled into someone else's story, and I value the moments when our lives intersect with other's."
