Diane continues to bring together our brand, events and programs in Winter Park and the Front Range under a common marketing theme. Diane also leads the operations team for the NSCD.

Erik has trained more than 300 athletes in his time at the NSCD. He has more than 30 years' experience in competitive ski racing and is a seven-time All American in Alpine Skiing. Julie is an experienced leader with over 17 years in Executive Management roles in both the non-profit and corporate sector. She held leadership positions in the adaptive industry for over 12 years. Julie is considered a seasoned fundraising executive with expertise in individual donors, corporate sponsorships, grant writing and capital campaigns. Her most recent project was a $6.5 million dollar building campaign for a Colorado nonprofit which was completed in December 2019. Julie's most important role is Mom to her two boys, one of which is a NSCD athlete on the competition team. She is thrilled to continue the NSCD's legacy of providing adaptive experiences to individuals with a disability.
