Allison Kelly

Allison grew up in north-central West Virginia in Fairmont and graduated with a BA in Health Care Administration from Mary Baldwin College. Allison received herMA in Christian Education at Union-Presbyterian School of Christian Education in Richmond. She served her previous calls at Tyger River Presbyterian and South Aiken Presbyterina both located in South Carolina. Allison is a Ruling Elder. Allison is easily entertained! She loves being outside, walking, and exploring new sights. She is willing to be a substitute doubles player. She looks forward to exploring local festivals, attractions, and getting to know the culture around Tampa. Her mother and brother live in the Atlanta area.

Anna Shuford

Anna Shuford comes to us with a B.A. degree in Christian Education from Presbyterian College. She has two years of extended play experience with Mt. Vernon Presbyterian School, a NAEYC accredited Preschool in Atlanta. Anna also has experience working with a variety of ages interning at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, served a Big Sister at Thornwell Home for Children in Clinton, SC, and served many summers as enrichment leader with at-risk kids the Agape Youth and Family Center in Atlanta. Anna even has camp experience at Greystone in NC. Anna will be working in a variety of ministries with us and will especially focus on ministries which include but are not limited to children regarding worship education, third grade bible, music and movement and oversee the Nursery and young children's ministries. Anna enjoys cheering on the local sports teams, and participating in any activity outside. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends. Anna is always on the move and is always looking for a new adventure.

Doug Brown

Job Titles:
  • Facilities Manager
Doug, a native of the Tampa area, is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and has been the Facilities Manager for Holland & Knight Law Firm and Coast Dental Clinics. Doug and his wife live in Oldsmar, and enjoy their grown children and grandchildren, as well as occasionally camping in Florida state parks. During July and August, Doug trained with Wally Wilcher, and on August 25, 2019, officially took the reins from Wally. Doug's pleasant nature and willingness to learn have already made him an asset. Janae Gipson

Job Titles:

I have always loved working with and being around children. I volunteered for four years at St. Paul's Catholic Church nursery every Sunday. I volunteer weekly at Gigi's Playhouse, a Downs Syndrome Achievement Center and at Tampa Bay Boulevard Elementary. I really enjoy children and believe that they make the world so much better. Although I have the most experience with nannying and babysitting with children of all ages, I prefer to work with infants and babies under two years. I've just graduated from Brooks-Debartolo Collegiate High School in Tampa and am entering Hillsborough Community College in the fall in Child Development. I am CPR and first aid certified. I'm looking forward to spending time with the children at Palma Ceia.

Jeanne Rowe

Jeanne is a native of Tampa. Jeanne currently serves as PCPC's Pastor's Assistant for Congregational Care. Jeanne previously served as PCPC's Nursery Coordinator from 1987 - 2020! Although she is retired from the nursery, she is very happy to continue serving PCPC and ensuring our congregation members are receiving the care they need.

John Turley

DeBevoise has been the pastor of PCPC since 1995. He has also served churches in Roanoke, Virginia; and Gastonia, North Carolina. He is a graduate of Eckerd College and Union Presbyterian Seminary where he obtained a Masters in Theology and Doctorate of Ministry. John grew up in Orlando where his father was a Presbyterian minister, and where his brother and sister-in-law currently serve as Presbyterian pastors. John and his wife Emalee have 3 grown children (Beth, who is married to Scott Wilson; Joe, who is married to Lindsey Jones; and Mary Emalee, who is engaged to Tyler Carlson) and 2 grandchildren.

Kate Donaldson

Kate was born and raised in Tampa, FL and graduated from the University of South Florida in December of 2021. She has a bachelors degree in Religious Studies and in Communication. Kate began coming to youth groups when she was a middle school student, and is now excited to work with students in the community that is so familiar and near to her heart. Outside of being our Youth Intern, Kate works with children of all ages. She enjoys being anywhere outdoors, especially the beach!

Kelley Fowler

Kelley is a Florida native from Lakeland. She graduated from Florida Southern College. She has worked in the field of accounting and bookkeeping for many years, the last 14 here in Tampa. Kelley and her husband, Terry Fluke each have one child. Kelley's son lives in California with his wife and two daughters, and Terry's daughter lives in Colorado, with her husband and one daughter.

Ken Hubbell

  • Director of Contemporary Worship and Chaplain to Youth & Families
In April 2018, Kenny was ordained and became the Chaplain of Youth at PCPC and is now the Interim Director of Contemporary Worship. Kenny received his Masters of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in May of 2017. He received his degree in Theology from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA with a Certification for Ministry.… Kenny Hubbell has been with PCPC since the summer of 2012 as Youth Director.He grew up in Washington state and still roots for the Seattle, Seahawks emphatically. He met his wife, McKay, the summer of 2012 and was married in 2015. They enjoy their home with their dog, Ranger. He's loved serving the young people of this community and remains excited about leading worship.

Meg Pabst

A native Floridian and lifelong Presbyterian, Meghann received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida. After teaching kindergarten in Pasco County, she went on to receive her Master of Divinity degree at Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Virginia. Meghann joined the staff of Palma Ceia Presbyterian Preschool in the fall of 2015 and was ordained in June 2016. When she is not at the preschool, she enjoys baking, volunteering at Cedarkirk Camp and Conference Center, traveling, Broadway, and being Aunt Meggie to her nieces, Mary Ellen and Annie.

Nancy Callahan

Nancy became the Director of Music and Director of the Chancel Choir at PCPC in 2006. She previously served for 25 years as the Director of Music and Organist at Hyde Park Methodist in Tampa. Nancy is also the director of the Tampa Oratorio Singers, a community chorus in Tampa Bay. She has experience in directing adult, children, youth and hand bell choirs. She is an accomplished pianist and organist who earned her masters in music from the University of South Carolina and a bachelors in piano from Charleston Southern University.

Nicole P. Abdnour

Nicole is a native of Florida, graduated with a Bachelor's in English from Stetson University and with a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Christian Education from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, VA. Nicole was ordained as a Teaching Elder (Minister of Word and Sacrament) in 2004. She served as Associate Pastor for Christian Education at the St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church in New Orleans, LA for two years prior to coming to PCPC in 2006 where her ministry focus is pastoral care and worship. Since moving to Tampa, Nicole met and married Christopher Abdnour. They have three children: Malachi, Maliyah, and Nevaeh. When not at church the Abdnours can often be seen biking to Dairy Joy or along Bayshore.

Roger Sullins

Roger Sullins has been the Contemporary Worship Leader at PCPC since 2005. He previously served at Hyde Park United Methodist as a Worship Leader and a member of Belinda Womack's Worship Team. Roger served four years in the United Stated Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst. He is an Honor Graduate of Musician's Institute in Los Angeles, California and has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from USF. Roger, his wife Pamela, and their daughter Naomi are grateful to have found a home and a place to serve and be nurtured in Palma Ceia Presbyterian Church.

Susan Frost

Susan Frost was born and raised in Tampa and she happily serves as our Administrative Assistant. Susan is a proud graduate of Leto High School in Tampa and Flagler College in St. Augustine, and has over 25 years of administrative and marketing experience in Tampa and Naples. Susan was raised Baptist, but worked for 9 years as the executive secretary at Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church in Naples, where she was baptized with her daughter Madison. Susan recently relocated back to Tampa and is extremely close to her parents, sister, niece, and nephew - they all live within a mile of one another near Westchase. She is divorced, has 2 sweet apricot mini/toy poodles, Tanner Scout & Jasperjax, and her daughter Madison is a straight-A senior in high school. Susan truly values her lifelong friendships in Tampa and is thrilled to be back in the Presbyterian church life! She looks forward to speaking to and meeting church members/leaders, and is very grateful for this opportunity.

Wally Wilcher

Wally was born and raised in South Georgia. He graduated from Sidney Lanier Senior High School for Boys and then attended Georgia Tech and Clemson University. Wally has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and is a Certified Professional Manager (CM). Wally is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the building and the grounds at PCPC. He manages a team that includes the custodial staff, the church cook and the evening security host. Wally is married to Carolyn, who sings in the Chancel Choir and plays hand bells, and they have two adult children and two grandchildren. We love boating, snorkeling and scuba diving.

Will Wellman

Will is a native Floridian and received his Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. He has been at PCPC since 2014 coordinating and leading Adult Faith Formation. In December 2018, Will was ordained and serves as the Director of Adult Faith Formation. Will has a BS in Environmental Horticulture Operations from the University of Florida and an MS in Forestry from the University of Kentucky. Outside the office, Will can be found kayaking, reading poetry, or working on The EcoTheo Review.
