Alyssa joined McIntyre Law in November of 2020. Alyssa graduated from Bishop Amat High School in 2016. She has a passion for competitive cheerleading. Alyssa's outgoing personality and welcoming smile is perfect for the welcoming of clients and guests. Besides serving as the receptionist, Alyssa assists the Product Liability Litigation department. Alyssa is currently in the Paralegal Program and Rose State College and intends to receive her certificate in 2025. Alyssa is originally from Covina California. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Scarlett.

Brenda Gómez O

Courtney Detweiler

Courtney Detweiler was born and raised in Moore, Oklahoma. She graduated from Moore High School in 2006. After receiving her high school diploma, Courtney went to Rose State College where she received an Associate's Degree. Courtney joined McIntyre Law Firm in August of 2017 as an administrative assistant to Kirstie Carter. Courtney is married to Dallas Detweiler and they have two children together, Payton and Keegan. She loves to spend time with her family, being outdoors and watching her kids play baseball and softball.

Greg Avery Case

Greg Avery was born and raised in Davis, Oklahoma. He graduated from Davis High School and went to Rose State for 2 years before joining the United States Army. He was stationed at Fort Campbell Kentucky with the 101st Airborn "Rakkasan" 3rd BTN 187th Infantry. Greg Avery was an Airborn paratrooper in Operation Desert Storm, and was in Combat as an M60 Gunner, earning his Combat Infantry Badge and 2 Bronze Stars under Valor. Greg is also a manager and supervisor at the United States Post Office.

Jeremy Aaron Thurman

Jeremy Thurman is an attorney at McIntyre Law who focuses primarily on semi-truck accident and catastrophic injury cases. He is known as a meticulous attorney whose work ethic and small-town values translate into excellent results for his clients. Jeremy has been married to his wife Shannon Thurman for over 20 years and they have three children as well as a grandchild. Shannon is a former teacher who retired after teaching over 20 years. Shannon and Jeremy can usually be found together attending the activities or needs of their children. Jeremy and Shannon enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. Jeremy's oldest daughter, Ashli, has battled cancer for years and is an inspiration to him in what God can do to heal people. Ashli is a stay-at-home mother raising her son Skyler. Jeremy enjoys attending Skyler's baseball games and jiu-jitsu tournaments. His middle daughter, Keeli, is about to graduate college and will be getting her graduate degree in counseling to help children with learning difficulties. His youngest daughter, Chloi, will graduate from Westmoore High School in 2022 and will attend Oklahoma Christian University where she will be a member of the Oklahoma Christian Women's Soccer team. Jeremy and Shannon are also avid dog lovers. They have 3 dogs Rumble, Dallas and Ellie Mae. In his off-time, Jeremy is an avid sports fan. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. His favorite hobby is spending time with this family and watching his children involved in their various activities. Faith plays a large part in his life, beyond attending church, Jeremy and Shannon enjoy giving back to the community in various charities they support especially in supporting other families who have had loved one's battle cancer. Jeremy has received numerous awards in conjunction with his practice. He has been named one of Super Lawyers' Top Attorneys in Oklahoma from 2014-2015 and 2017-2019. Jordan Klingler is an attorney at McIntyre Law. She previously worked for a major insurance company handling insurance defense litigation. Kirstie Starr Carter

Kirstie Starr Carter graduated from Tulsa Union High School and earned her Associates Degree at Tulsa Junior College then went on to earn a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma, before working in banking and eventually joining the team at McIntyre Law. Despite routinely logging 50 to 60 hours per week, Kirstie manages to enjoy her free time. Outside of work, Kirstie enjoys spending time with her husband, Chief David Carter of the Oklahoma City Fire Department, friends and family, including her 10 beautiful nieces and nephews who affectingly refer to her as "AK" which is short for Aunt Kirstie.

Lorena Rivera

Lorena Rivera was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from Moore High School in 2016 and joined McIntyre Law in July of 2016 as a receptionist. She has since been promoted to legal assistant. As a legal assistant she is responsible for supporting lawyers and making their job easier by handling administrative tasks. Lorena is bilingual, and as a result, one of her primary responsibilities at McIntyre Law is to work with and help our Spanish speaking clients understand the legal process.

Mandy Byte

Mandy Byte earned a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism in December of 2000 from the University of Oklahoma, and joined McIntyre Law Firm, P.C. in March of 2018. Before joining McIntyre Law, Mandy was employed as the Executive Assistant to the Cleveland County District Attorney, and has worked as a Loan Secretary at First National Bank and Trust. She has also worked as a Legal Assistant for a criminal defense attorney in Norman before joining Byte and Associates LLC, in May of 2007. After many years serving as their Administrative Supervisor and Billing Secretary, Mandy decided to return to the legal profession. Due to her past employment, Mandy has extensive knowledge in the legal field and administrative procedures. Mandy has three children and has been married to Glyn Byte since May 2001.

Mario D'Angelo has led the fight against the biggest pharmaceutical firms in the country such as Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (formerly known as American Home Products), SmithKline Beecham also known as GlaxoSmithKline, and Johnson & Johnson recovering more than 250 million dollars for his clients within the last ten years. It is the result of thousands of hours arguing these cases and fighting for what he believes is right and true in front of judge and jury alike since he was admitted to practice. A good portion of what he has accomplished has also come from traveling the globe, meeting personally with his clients and retaining the experts that are recognized to be the most trusted, knowledgeable and respected in their fields. Mario D'Angelo is the owner of Mario D'Angelo & Associates, LLC in New York who has been the outstanding co-counsel for McIntyre Law since 2005. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1987 after completing his B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration in 1984. He has been in practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York and State of New York since 1988 and has been admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since 2004. He also holds several Pro Hac Vice appointments around the country including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas and even as far as California.

Monica Schweighart

Monica Schweighart is Junior Partner at McIntyre Law. She joined the team in August of 2015 after graduating cum laude from Arizona Summit Law School in April of 2015 where she received CALI awards in Evidence, Remedies, and Insurance Law. Monica was born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma and received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, Monica is a loyal Oklahoma City Thunder fan, and loves spending time with her dogs.

Neiley Kanske

Neiley joined the McIntyre Law team on December 1, 2021. She received her paralegal certification from the Legal Assistant Education Program at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Before joining McIntyre Law, Neiley was employed by a well-known personal injury attorney in Oklahoma City, from February 2018 until his semi-retirement in 2021. Neiley's experience entails working both the pre-litigation and litigation stages of cases with an emphasis on slip and falls and car wrecks. Along with her years of education and experience, she has a passion for assisting clients on their journey to becoming whole again after an injury accident.

Noble K. McIntyre

Noble McIntyre was born in Fargo, North Dakota in 1970. In 1971 his family moved to a small town in western Oklahoma called Burns Flat. After graduating as Valedictorian from high school in 1988 and as just 1 of 100 Oklahoma Academic All-Staters in the entire state, Noble attended Oklahoma Baptist University where he graduated with honors and a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business. After graduating from OBU in 1992, he then attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law and received his juris-doctorate degree in May 1995. He passed the Oklahoma Bar Exam in July 1995 and was sworn in as an attorney September 1995. He joined a local firm and was named a partner in the firm one year later. After several years as a partner, Noble formed McIntyre Law P.C. which focuses on representing severely injured clients across Oklahoma as well as nationally in connection with his Mass Tort Practice. Noble is married to Rhonda McIntyre. They recently celebrated their 29th anniversary. They have 3 daughters: Mackenzie Hope, Cassidy Grace and Kennedy Faith. Noble represents clients nationally who were injured by the drugs Paxil, Xarelto and Zofran as clients injured by defective hip implants such as DePuy and Stryker. He also represents women badly injured by Transvaginal Mesh implants and Talcum powder as well as men and women injured by IVC Filters and Physio Mesh.
