I have been with Orchard Heights since 2006. When compared to the average tenures in senior care, this probably seems like a lot. However, it is pretty standard here at Orchard Heights and I believe that speaks volumes about the dedication and loyalty of our team. It has been my absolute privilege to work with the team, many of whom are like family, here over the past decade. They are some of the most caring individuals I have ever met, who always put our residents first.
