Daryl has been a registered nurse for 30 years, working at Morristown Medical Center on a medical-surgical floor, telemetry, and the emergency department prior to coming to The Peer Group in 2005. She keeps her BLS, CPR, and ACLS certifications current. Daryl assists on our surgical team in the operating room as a pre-operative nurse, circulating nurse, recovery room nurse, and alternate director of nursing. In her free time, Daryl enjoys hanging out with family and friends, working out, and going to the beach in the summer.

Dr. Colin Failey

Florham Park board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Colin Failey performs cosmetic surgeries on the breast, body, and face. He specializes in breast and body surgeries that include breast augmentation, tummy tucks, and liposuction. Dr. Failey's sole focus is to provide his patients with exceptional care and outstanding results. He is grateful for the many patients who have placed their trust in him to enhance their inherent beauty through the careful selection of individualized treatments. Dr. Failey currently serves as the secretary of the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also the current chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson-Somerset Medical Center and is on the volunteer clinical faculty at Rutgers Medical School.

Dr. Francisco Colón is a board-certified plastic surgeon in private practice with The Peer Group in New Jersey. He has a special interest in facial rejuvenation, including facelifts, eyelid lifts, brow lifts, neck lifts, and injectable wrinkle treatments. He is regarded as a compassionate surgeon with a keen eye for natural results. In addition to his work at The Peer Group, Dr. Colón maintains a dedication to charitable work. He has participated as a volunteer surgeon in medical missions to Thailand, Peru, and the Philippines to help children with congenital deformities and women with breast cancer.

Emmy Cunningham is the social media marketing manager at The Peer Group for Plastic Surgery. She recently graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, having obtained her bachelor's degree in marketing from the esteemed Silberman College of Business. Her collegiate lacrosse career is a testament to her dedication and hard work. Emmy's experience in social media, marketing, and sales goes back to when she ran a boutique for many years. Her passion for growing businesses' social media pages is evident in her work. She now loves going into surgery with the three doctors and creating content on The Peer Group's social media platform. When not working, Emmy enjoys exploring the hottest and newest restaurants or going on runs with her beloved Sheepadoodle, Hudson.
