Job Titles:
- Senior Client Services Coordinator
Bobbie is a senior client services coordinator who has been with PSG since 2013. She works with clients and focuses on client service. Her role has evolved to include all aspects of client administration as well as training of new employees.
Bobbie has more than 25 years of experience providing organizational and administrative support to clients and organizations. Prior to joining PSG, she worked in the medical services industry. She obtained her associate degree in computer applications management from the Westchester Business Institute.
Bobbie was born and raised in the Philippines and has held on to her strong family values. She lives in Westchester with her teenage daughter who is about to start college in the fall. In her free time, Bobbie enjoys cooking, going to the gym, and can outsing anyone at karaoke!
Ed is a managing director of PSG and serves as the firm's managing partner. Since joining the firm in 1999, he has been focused on helping clients reach their financial objectives. He oversees our fixed income investments and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Prior to joining PSG, Ed was director of client operations at Glickenhaus & Co., a partner at Pennfield Capital and an officer at Citibank. He has a BA in mathematics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in finance and computers & information systems from the Simon School at The University of Rochester.
Ed and his wife Karen live in Westchester County with their two dogs and have three adult children. He serves as chairman of Josh Provides Epilepsy Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping people with seizure disorders manage the day-to-day challenges they face. Ed is a big sports fan, manages an adult softball team and is an improving golfer.

Jackie is PSG's director of operations. She joined PSG in 2018 as a research analyst and began her current role in 2022, in which she oversees the client service team, is a member of the Investment Committee, and works on a variety of investment related projects.
Prior to joining PSG, she worked at Tokarz Group Advisers, LLC, where she prepared financial models to evaluate equity and debt investment opportunities and performed valuations of portfolio companies. Prior to that, Jackie was a financial planning intern at Financial Decisions. Jackie earned a bachelor's degree at the State University of New York at Albany in mathematics and business and an MBA from Fordham University.
Jackie currently resides in Rockland County. She enjoys CrossFit and a variety of fitness related activities, and is training for her first Spartan Race in 2024. Jackie also loves country music…. You can find her on the dance floor, attempting to line dance, anytime she has the opportunity.
Jacques is a managing director and Certified Financial Planner™ who joined PSG in 2014. Jacques leads our financial planning efforts and is immersed in client service, new business development and marketing. He is a member of the Investment Committee.
Jay Koehler joined PSG in 2023 and is senior vice president. He is focused on business development and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Previously, Jay was managing director and co-head of New York Institutional Equity Sales at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. In his 22 years at the two entities, he was responsible for client engagement and relationship management with the firm's institutional client base. Jay was also vice president of institutional sales at JPMorgan. He started his career at Price Waterhouse, where he was a certified public accountant. Jay obtained his bachelor's degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Jay and his wife Inna live in Carnegie Hill in Manhattan with their two children and their dog. In addition to spending time on the sidelines of courts and fields watching his children compete, Jay is a passionate golfer, family skier, C-level squash player and voracious reader.
Laurie Ghali - Chief Compliance Officer
Laurie Ghali is our chief compliance officer and joined PSG in 2024. She oversees compliance and works closely with our partners and operations team. She is a member of the Investment Committee.
Laurie has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on regulatory risk and compliance management. Prior to joining PSG, she worked in risk and control at Wells Fargo for more than six years where she led complex initiatives designed to mitigate current and emerging risks as well as horizontal programs across the operations business. Her vast experience also includes leading key compliance roles at Barclays, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Laurie received her bachelor's degree from Clark University.
Laurie is an avid traveler, an amateur billiards champion, and spends time volunteering at animal shelters.
Larry is a managing director as well as a CPA. He joined PSG in 2006 to co-manage our fund of funds. His primary focus is researching alternative investments, including hedge funds and private credit funds. Larry also services clients and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Larry has worked in the investment field for nearly 40 years. He began his career as a CPA with KPMG, then spent 16 years in fixed income, institutional sales, and trading at Citibank, UBS and First Union. In 2000, Larry was a founding partner and president of an internet firm, Mployees. He was also with a fund of funds, responsible for their emerging manager development practice and involved in client development. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and business from the State University of New York at Albany, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
Larry lives in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He has two sets of adult twins, one set of boys and another of girls. Larry is his MBA class coordinator, responsible for fundraising and keeping his classmates connected. He serves on the New York Alternative Investment Roundtable's Management Committee.

Marc is a research analyst and a CFA charterholder who joined PSG in 2022. As a member of the Investment Committee, he works closely with Tom and the entire Investment Committee on all aspects of equity and alternative asset research and related due diligence.
Marc has more than six years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining PSG, he worked at Wealthcare Capital Management, where he supported financial advisors and portfolio managers on manager due diligence and asset allocation. Before that he worked for Vanguard with their retail client base on operational and investment matters. Marc earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
Marc is a member of the CFA Society of New York and recently moved to New York City. He has a passion for long-distance running and exploring new culinary experiences.

Maritza Rivera is a senior client services coordinator. She has been with PSG since it first opened its doors more than thirty years ago. She is focused on servicing and maintaining strong relationship with clients.
Prior to joining PSG, she worked for Moody's Investor Services and Yoken & Company. She earned an associate degree in computer sciences from LaGuardia Community College.
Maritza and her husband Wally live in Putnam Valley, New York. They have three adult children and a granddaughter. Maritza enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going for long walks in nature, watching sports, reading mysteries, and cooking.
Peter is a managing director who joined PSG more than 25 years ago. He oversees the firm's information technology initiatives, trades equities and mutual funds, advises clients, and is a member of the Investment Committee. Peter was in charge of equity manager research for over 10 years and still has a hand in the process.
Prior to joining PSG, Peter traded options as a member of the NY Comex, a NASDAQ market maker specializing in small-cap growth stocks. In addition to his financial background, Peter has a strong computer/systems background and has provided consulting services to several startup software companies. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Northeastern University.
Peter lives in Connecticut and enjoys spending time with his two daughters. Away from work, he enjoys music, exercise of all kinds, and travel.

Richard is PSG's founder and managing director. He has provided financial advisory services to individuals and corporations for more than 40 years. Richard is actively involved in PSG's investment process as a member of the Investment Committee and works closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals.
Prior to founding PSG, Richard developed and managed financial counseling services for business owners and CEOs at The Boston Company, Citibank, and Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. At Citibank he was vice president and head of corporate and personal financial advisory services in the Private Banking Division. At Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. he was manager of Investment Banking Services. He also was a general partner of a venture capital fund and, beginning in 1984, operated Yoken & Company, an investment banking and financial advisory business.
Richard has an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree from Boston University. He lives in Chappaqua, New York, with his wife Debbie. They have two children who live in Westchester County. Richard and Debbie have been actively involved in a number of local and national non-profit organizations. He enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach.

Stefanie is our newest client services coordinator. Stefanie joined PSG in 2023 and supports the PSG staff with client administrative matters as well as marketing efforts.
Stefanie has more than 10 years of administrative and customer service experience in various industries, including marketing, real estate/property management, and financial services. She obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in counseling from Pace University.
Stefanie is currently planning her wedding and enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, friends, and her dog. She is also an avid baker, with Italian rainbow cookies being her specialty. She loves Disney and traveling, having been to 21 of the 50 states and six countries so far, and can't wait to cross off more from her bucket list!

Tom is a managing director of PSG and joined the firm in 2009. Tom, a CFA charterholder, also chairs the Investment Committee. He is the portfolio manager of our Equity Income product, and services clients.
Prior to joining PSG, Tom was a vice president at AllianceBernstein, where he served as an analyst and senior portfolio manager on $15 billion of equity products run by Cathie Wood. While there, he was also portfolio manager of a $250 million municipal bond portfolio. He started his career at Merrill Lynch after earning his BA in history from Boston College.
Tom, his wife Julia, and two sons live in Westchester County. He has deep roots in the area and is proud to be a member of a golf club his grandfather caddied at over a century ago. While competitive in sports, including golf and platform tennis, there is nothing he enjoys more than reading books with his children. He also enjoys skiing and tennis, and promises to give pickleball a try when a court opens up.
