Bethany MacDonald

Bethany MacDonald manages Prison Fellowship International's suite of in-prison programming, specializing in program performance, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. She oversees the launch, implementation, effectiveness and scale of The Prisoner's Journey, Sycamore Tree Project: Justice and Peace, Prison Project Philip and The Listener's Way in more than 40 countries across the globe. When she was a child, her father started an in-prison ministry. Like her father, Bethany believes in the transformative power of a relationship with Jesus Christ and wants to bring that hope and opportunity to others. Before joining Prison Fellowship International in 2015, Bethany served in various legal roles, such as clerking for Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner LLP and as the contract technician for a national government job-order contractor. Additionally, she was the operational manager for a small but sprawling quick-service restaurant chain. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Politics from George Mason University, with a double minor in Legal Studies and Public Policy & Management. She enjoys sailing alongside her son, baking and working on her cut flower garden.

Callee Christopher

Callee Christopher supports the Marketing and Communications division at Prison Fellowship International, bringing us 10+ years' experience working with design and project management. Callee specializes in project timelines and direction and provides excellent organization and communication between teams. Callee knows that design and communication go hand in hand when creating a successful marketing campaign. Callee has a proven track record of managing project, schedules, budgets, communication, and execution across multi-disciplinary departments. Callee supported the Creative Arts department at a 5,000+ member church and was the soul project manager of a company rebrand that happened over a span of 2 months. Callee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with a concentration in Interior Design from James Madison University. She also holds a certificate for Project Management and is looking to take her PMP test soon. Callee is also a self-taught carpenter who makes signage and furniture in her down time.

Christa Hammond

Christa works with donors and other departments within Prison Fellowship International to verify donor account accuracy. She works to ensure all accounts are updated and donations are allocated appropriately. She also assists with sponsor communications and receipting. Christa believes Prison Fellowship International's work, specifically with children, is a key element of bringing restoration to communities that have a large prison population. Early intervention has been proven to dramatically decrease a child's chances of becoming an offender. Christa previously worked as the Assistant Director at Purcellville Children's Academy in Purcellville, Virginia. Being in the school for five years and working with confidentiality, regulations and policies have allowed her to thrive in her role at Prison Fellowship International. In 2005, Christa attended Berean School of the Bible where she studied theology. Christa holds certifications that she acquired while teaching and managing the academy, including emergency preparedness, qualitative data and policy writing.

Connor Weitz

Connor Weitz serves the Prison Programs team by supporting the management of National Ministry program partners including maintaining relationships with program partners, monitoring program performance, collecting program data and ensuring data integrity. Connor has a heart to see Prison Fellowship International's vision, to break the cycle of crime and restore lives worldwide through Jesus' love, come to life through the organization's in-prison programs: The Prisoner's Journey, Sycamore Tree Project and The Listener's Way. Connor is deeply inspired by the real transformation that is occurring through these programs and is blessed to be a small part of making that transformation possible. Previously, Connor served as an assistant teacher of Theology and History while studying for his undergraduate degree. He also served as an intern for Prison Fellowship International's Major Gifts Team before joining full-time. Connor earned a bachelor's degree from Patrick Henry College in Classical Liberal Arts with a minor in Biblical Studies. He lives in with his wife in Leesburg, Virginia and enjoys hiking, reading and playing basketball in his free time.

Cristina Ursachila

Cristina Ursachila supports Prison Fellowship International's chartered affiliates in the Europe and Central Asia region, providing them with program management services and diligently joining their visions and works. She specializes in coaching, strategic management and restorative justice. Cristina ensures effective communication and collaboration with Prison Fellowship International's partners in Europe and Central Asia. Her heart is dedicated to growing strong relationships with them, considering that at Prison Fellowship International, partners are more than colleagues - they are family. Previously, Cristina worked for her local church in Moldova as a Program Coordinator for their children's programs and she continues to volunteer there. During her ministry, she organized several children's camps and initiated a fundraising project for children in need from her city. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economic Sciences from Divitia Gratiae University and is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration.

Daniel Bey

Daniel is responsible for providing strategic leadership and fostering organizational development among affiliate ministries in the Asia Pacific region. Drawing upon his experience across private, public and nonprofit sectors, Daniel excels in strategy optimization, resource development and program management to scale the restorative impact of Prison Fellowship International. Daniel's dedication lies in forging collaborative partnerships with key ministry stakeholders to effect transformative change in the lives of those affected by incarceration. Anchored in his belief in the redemptive power of God, Daniel envisions a world where healing and reconcilitation can flourish in every society. Daniel previously worked in a humanitarian aid and development organization across multiple disciplines, including strategy engagement to direct resources towards impacting the most vulnerable communities around the world, especially in fragile contexts. His global acumen and analytical thinking have helped country offices further their ministry impact to combat poverty and injustice. Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hull and a bahelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is also an alumnus of Tung Ling Bible School in Singapore.

Daniel Ehlert

Dan Ehlert supports the finance team by managing day-to-day accounting operations, assisting with cash forecasting, budgeting, providing financial analysis support and participating in strategy planning to drive organizational performance. Dan specializes in accounting, nonprofit accounting, audit, finance and business management. Dan understands the importance of good accounting and financial management needed for a non-profit organization. He is passionate about ensuring transparency and accountability to fulfill Prison Fellowship International's mission effectively, maintain public trust and achieve long-term sustainability. Dan has extensive accounting experience working in senior accounting, audit and business management roles for a variety of companies and CPA firms in Northern Virginia. Dan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University. He resides outside of Washington D.C. with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys studying, spending time with family, learning about health and nutrition, and competing in Ironman triathlon events.

David Van Patten - COO

As COO, Dave Van Patten is responsible for developing the global strategy and overseeing all aspects of Prison Fellowship International's operations. Dave brings over 40 years of leadership experience in government, business, and nonprofit sectors where he specialized in social entrepreneurship. Dave began his career as an officer in the United States Coast Guard where he was decorated for his leadership in both search and rescue and law enforcement. Following military service, Dave pioneered an award-winning nonprofit before accepting an invitation from Chuck Colson to serve as the National Director of Prison Fellowship Ministries. In 1990, Dave founded a consulting firm that partnered with venture philanthropists, nonprofits, and government agencies in starting dozens of large scale social ventures. Over the years, the company received multiple awards, including the White House Contractor of the Year Award for its role in launching the President's Faith Based Initiative. In 2013, Dave sold the company and joined Prison Fellowship International the following year. Dave graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry. He also holds a Master of Public Policy from Harvard's Kennedy School of Government and an OPM degree from Harvard Business School. He has completed several professional certificate programs and received dozens of awards for leadership and innovation.

David Yerry - CEO, President

David Yerry works alongside the President and Chief Executive Officer to cultivate relationships with generous individuals and foundations whose passions align with Prison Fellowship International's work. The transformation that occurs when a prisoner's life-trajectory is positively altered drives David to engage others in financially resourcing the frontlines of this exciting ministry. He enjoys assisting people in stewarding their resources to achieve life-transforming outcomes. David's career includes missionary work in Europe, local church leadership and 20 years of service with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in various roles, including Vice President of Administration and Donor Relations. David holds degrees in Theology and Business Administration and has served as Board Chairman for an international non-profit. He lives by the Blue Ridge Mountains in western North Carolina with his wife, Wendi. They have three married sons and five grandchildren and enjoy hiking, water activities, and hosting family and friends at their cabin home.

Doris Girgis

Doris is senior manager of development and engagement on the major gifts team at Prison Fellowship International, bringing almost 20 years' experience with national and international nonprofit organizations. Doris specializes in the areas of development, marketing and communications and provides oversight and project management for foundation and corporate giving. Doris has seen firsthand the power of transformation and second chances in the lives of incarcerated men and women and their families and is committed to the vision of breaking the cycle of crime and restoring lives all over the world. Doris has worked in prison ministry in the US for just over 10 years through her work with Prison Fellowship Ministries, most recently as a senior project manager for the marketing and communications team. During that time, she was the primary liaison between the marketing and communications team and the rest of the organization, and she project-managed the work of all the creative teams. In 2022 Doris completed Prison Fellowship's Management Excellence program. Over the years, Doris has worked on programs in Egypt, South Africa and the United States, among others, with focus spanning from children's health and nutrition to information sharing in the public sector to prison ministry. Doris holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and mass communication from the American University in Cairo (AUC) and is a certified development project manager (CDPM).

Elizabeth "Libby" Hart

Elizabeth "Libby" Hart leads mass and mid-level donor acquisition, servicing and operations strategy and teams, along with Prison Fellowship International's overall communications strategy and plans as head of the Marketing and Communications department. Throughout her tenure at Prison Fellowship International, she has served in numerous Director positions, including International Programs, Church Programs and Donor Relations. With a heart for storytelling and those who the world would forget, Libby's passion for giving a voice to those who often have none is what fuels her committment to Prison Fellowship International and its millions of beneficiaries. She specializes in global communication, new initiative development, relationship building, strategic planning and process optimization.

Ella Cueva

Ella Cueva supports the Marketing and Communications division at Prison Fellowship International, bringing us 2 years' experience working in digital media. Ella specializes in the areas of editorial and graphic content creation, and provides social media management for the organization. Ella knows the importance of storytelling and works hard to share the important work that Prison Fellowship International is doing. Ella has worked at a range of commercial companies and agencies, under the communications, marketing and public relations functions. Through compiling research, creating media lists, writing a variety of pieces for external and internal audiences, Ella has shared compelling stories about product launches, outstanding employees, company successes and much more. In 2022, Ella received the Outstanding Communication Studies Senior at James Madison University for leadership and excellence within and outside of the classroom. Ella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.

Franck Ayere Baby

Franck Ayere Baby supports national ministries and program partners in the Africa region. Specializing in the areas of project management, monitoring and evaluation, Franck ensures that all the national ministries are equipped to fulfill their goals, spread the Good News of Jesus Christ and provide assistance to incarcerated individuals and their families with successful outcomes. Through his extensive experience, Franck knows what truly drives success within national ministries and works diligently to support each one in their important mission to bring life transformation through Jesus' love. Franck holds a master's degree in American Literature and Civilization from Alassane Ouattara of Bouake. He certificates in project management, monitoring and evaluation for humanitarian programs, foundations of humanitarian aid and monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning. Franck is receiving MBA training in Operations and Project Management at Guglielmo Marconi University in Italy.

Frank Lofaro

Frank Lofaro is a highly-regarded business executive, bringing extensive leadership experience to Prison Fellowship International from both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. After serving as president and CEO of the Christian Leadership Alliance from 2006 to 2011, Frank joined Prison Fellowship International in 2012 as COO to oversee all aspects of the organization's planning, development, and operations, and in 2014 he was named CEO. Frank has been involved with Prison Fellowship for more than 20 years. In 1993, he joined Prison Fellowship International as executive director, and successfully launched new ministry programs that are still used worldwide. In 1999, Frank served as Prison Fellowship USA's senior vice president of programs, developing the first biblically-based corrections program, InnerChange Freedom Initiative, among other innovative programs. In 2002, Frank served as the director of the National Resource Centre for Compassion Capital Fund, a U.S. government initiative to increase the scale and effectiveness of faith-based and community organizations. Earlier in his career, he built and sold a large lock manufacturing company and also owned several successful restaurants. Frank received a bachelor's in economics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and his MBA from Long Island University. He also studied law at St. John's Law School in New York.

Gina Brockmeyer

Gina Brockmeyer manages Prison Fellowship International's children' programs, including The Child's Journey and PromisePath. She leads the preparation, implementation, training, monitoring and evaluation processes for both programs. Gina partners with regional offices and ministry leaders in program management and implementation. She specializes in program development and management, and partnership development. Gina has worked with prisoners and their families for more than 15 years, so she understands the unique needs of children of prisoners and what is truly necessary for ministries running Prison Fellowship International's children's programs to be successful. She is passionate about breaking the cycle of crime and giving children of prisoners hope for the future. She works diligently to support this important mission. Previously, Gina grew numerous international adoption programs to ensure children available for adoption were placed in loving stable homes and the needs of children who were not adoptable were provided for. She has also successfully managed programs for women and families impacted by incarceration by ensuring their needs were met while consistently evaluating and improving the services provided. Gina holds both a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and a Graduate Certificate from Rutgers School of Social Work. Gina is the mother of six adopted Russian children and lives in West Virginia with her husband. She enjoys reading, cooking and participating in prison ministry in her free time.

Hannah Wolff

Hannah Wolff manages projects that bridge between information technology and programs, ensuring that solutions integrate effectively and are designed for maximum impact for program beneficiaries and usability for program staff. She specializes in project management, technology solution implementations, and data collection and analysis. Hannah personally knows the transformational power of life with Christ, so being a part of effectively collecting and disseminating data and stories, specifically about prisoners and their families whose lives have been impacted by the hope and love of Christ, is her favorite part of the job. Previously, Hannah served on Prison Fellowship International's children's programs team and brings experience from academic libraries and international U.S. diplomatic missions. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and Christian Studies from Hillsdale College. After living and traveling through Asia for more than eight years, she now lives outside of Washington D.C. and enjoys reading, maintaining a small plant collection, growing her reading list and traveling.

Hugh Greathead

Hugh Greathead leads the Europe and Central Asia Region while also supervising the Global Field Team and national ministry membership and growth. He has been instrumental in creating an online platform for Prison Fellowship ministries to self-manage their membership and access near real-time data from around the world. Prison ministry remains one of the few under developed activities that Jesus has directly called Christians to. Hugh is excited about being part of a global movement that is taking a lead in driving the growth and development of high-quality program delivery that will ultimately introduce more prisoners and those affected by crime to Jesus' love. Over the course of his career, Hugh has lived and worked in nine countries across Africa and Europe, holding roles with regional and international responsibilities. He has a wealth of leadership experience in growing program portfolios in complex cross-cultural contexts and an analytical mind and passion for evidence-based programming. Hugh has a master's degree in economics from London Imperial College. He currently lives in Germany with his wife, Stefanie, who he met while working in South Sudan and their three children: Emily, Lilian and Ben.

Joshua Ramirez-Donner

Joshua believes that achieving Prison Fellowship International's vision, to break the cycle of crime and restore lives, worldwide, through Jesus' love, requires thorough identification of program-wide best practices. Joshua endeavors to uncover robust empirical data that identifies best practices and illuminates necessary pathways for addressing critical issues (such as offender rehabilitation, overall well-being and the promotion of human flourishing). Joshua previously served as the Sponsorship Operations Coordinator for The Child's Journey through Prison Fellowship Colombia. Additionally, he served as the lead teaching assistant in political theory at Pontifical Bolivarian University. Joshua holds both a Bachelor of Arts and master's degree in Political Science from Pontifical Bolivarian University. Currently, he resides in Medellin, Colombia and enjoys reading political philosophy, sports and cinema.

Kristi Padley

Kristi Padley engages with donors to create lasting change for causes important to them, especially Prison Fellowship International's faith-based programs. With extensive experience in fundraising and donor relations, Kristi specializes in building relationships to help donors invest in their dreams and passions, and celebrate the lasting impact of their support with them. Prison Fellowship International and its national ministries around the world transform the lives of prisoners, families and victims of crime daily. Kristi understands the importance of sharing this transformative work in the field with current and prospective donors. Her passion is building lasting relationships with funders and sharing the available opportunities to make an impact through this ministry. Kristi started her career in the hospitality industry and made her way to the non-profit sector. She has worked for organizations such as American Heart Association, YWCA of Sonoma County and a professional medical society. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas A&M University. She lives in northern Virginia with her family and enjoys being outdoors, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Kristin Coate - CEO, Chairman, COO

Executive Assistant; Assistant Secretary, Board of Directors Kristin Coate supports Prison Fellowship International's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Board Chair with logistics, administration, planning and event management. Kristin specializes in detailed coordination of calendars, meeting preparation and follow-up, and serving as a connector between different areas of the ministry. Kristin recognizes the power of the details. Even if a task feels small, God uses those daily, consistent efforts to make an incredible impact to those Prison Fellowship International is called to serve. Her passion is to ensure that those around her are empowered to make the biggest impact by being equipped with the right support. Previously, Kristin worked as a recruiter. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Christopher Newport University and lives in Northern Virginia with her husband where they enjoy visiting local restaurants, hiking and volunteering with their church's high school ministry.

Luis Bravo

Luis Bravo oversees Prison Fellowship International's affiliates in Latin America and the Caribbean. Not only does he manage and evaluate program partnerships, but he also conducts capacity building initiatives and promotes prison ministry best practices. As a liaison between Prison Fellowship International and its national ministries, Luis minimizes cultural gaps and promotes a positive environment for networking opportunities and fellowship within the region. Luis had the chance to engage with a Prison Fellowship International affiliate when doing prison ministry in his home country in his early twenties. Twenty years later and inspired by Jesus in Mattew 25:31-40, he considers his role at Prison Fellowship International as part of a personal calling. He contributes to the mission and vision by coaching, mentoring and empowering ministry leaders in his region. Luis brings extensive experience working in the business process outsourcing and software industries. He specializes in learning and development, process improvement and capacity building. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Thomas More University and resides with his wife and daughter in Nicaragua. In his spare time, Luis loves to play the bass guitar with his worship band and relax in nature with friends and family.

Max Brockmeyer

Max Brockmeyer manages program partnerships with Prison Fellowship International's national ministries in Europe and Central Asia, including cultivating effective program-related communications and implementing organizational capacity building. Max specializes in clear and concise cross-cultural communication and an understanding towards culturally sensitivity and relevancy. Max understands the importance of communicating Prison Fellowship International's work in transforming the lives of prisoners, families and victims through and to a wide variety of cultures. His heart is to effectively and engagingly communicate with partners and the public about the impact they can have on breaking the cycle of crime worldwide. Previously, Max has worked in various roles with cross-cultural communications, including Assemblies of God World Missions, Convoy of Hope, and local and international churches and ministries. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and World Religions from Northpoint Bible College. He resides in Stuttgart, Germany with his wife and enjoys outdoor activities with their dog Coco, checking out local museums and traveling throughout Europe.

Melissa Schlafman

Melissa Schlafman supports the Donor Engagement Team by focusing on donor care and engagement. She is in charge of responding to donor calls and emails, including resolving any questions, concerns or account issues. She also keeps donation and sponsorship processes running smoothly on the back-end by processing sponsor welcome kits and their child's Annual Progress Reports, developing donor reports and sending donor notifications when necessary. Melissa supports our cherished financial partners with joy. She strives to make sure that each donor and sponsor feels supported and appreciated in their partnership with Prison Fellowship International. Melissa has served in numerous roles at Prison Fellowship International, including an administrative assistant and office manager. Previously, Melissa worked as a teacher and a Nursery Director, as well as administrative support at Loudoun County Public Schools. Melissa also spent time overseas as an English teacher. Melissa earned her Bachelor of Arts in education from Cedarville University. She continues to enjoy any opportunity to teach or learn something new.

Rebecca "Becky" Jeter

Rebecca Jeter serves as a Major Gift Officer at Prison Fellowship International, working to keep donors engaged with our global effort to transform lives of prisoners and their families. With over 15 years of fundraising experience she has spent the majority of her career in the nonprofit sector working with local and global human services agencies addressing critical client health needs. Honoring the hopes and intentions of philanthropists committed to making the world a better place is a top priority for Rebecca. Having the opportunity to hear the passions of PFI's donor's and seeing the life-changing outcome of PFI's mission inspires Rebecca daily. Born and raised in Michigan, Rebecca now lives just outside of College Station, Texas with her husband and son.

Roshni Puterio

Roshni Puterio currently supports the Finance and Administration team in all aspects of finance and technology. With extensive experience in accounting for both public and private sectors, she specializes in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll accounting and information technology, while providing administrative support across the entire organization. Roshni enjoys helping others and making sure everyone has what they need to fulfill the Prison Fellowship International mission. Thanks to her extensive historical knowledge of the organization, she is able to provide support to all departments within Prison Fellowship International. Previously, Roshni worked in the aerospace industry and at a private holding company. She joined Prison Fellowship International in 2014 and wore many hats when she started, including accounting, human resources and information technology. As the organization grew, Roshni became the Director of Finance and Technology and was able to delegate other duties to dedicated staff. Roshni holds a Master's of Business Administration and a certificate of Public Administration from Shenandoah University. She serves on her church's finance committee and sings in the choir.

Roy Moussalli

Roy Moussalli supports National Ministries in the Middle East and North Africa region at Prison Fellowship International, bringing us 36+ years of experience working with nonprofit ministries. Roy is also an expert trainer in a restorative justice program, the "Sycamore Tree Project: Justice and PeaceĀ®: Justice and Peace" (STP). Roy specializes in the areas of restorative justice, strategic management and ministry in a minority context. He provides support and program management services to National Ministries. Roy understands the challenges regions face when embracing PFI's vision and knows what truly drives success within National Ministries, so he works diligently to support them in their important mission. Roy has supported National Ministries serving prisoners and families worldwide, and National Ministries serving people with disabilities and their families in more than 25+ countries worldwide. Roy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and an International Diploma of Restorative Justice from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada. Roy also holds a professional certificate in Strategic Management of Non-Government Organizations from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Sierra O'Connor

Sierra O'Connor manages the acquisition and cultivation of the majority of Prison Fellowship International's donor file. She specializes in the areas of donor analysis and communication, striving to create content that excites donors about the good work that they enable through Prison Fellowship International. Sierra has witnessed firsthand how sharing the Gospel with those in prison leads to lasting change through experiences within her family. Her heart is to share this hope with others and empower them to become part of a community dedicated to realizing Prison Fellowship International's mission of breaking the cycle of crime, worldwide, through Jesus' love. Previously, Sierra served as a theatre director and producer for public and private schools before transitioning to the nonprofit sector by serving as the Production and Events Coordinator for A Place To Be, an organization that provides expressive arts therapies for people of all abilities. There, she managed the touring productions of the Same Sky Project, created educational compendiums to enhance the impact of these productions, and planned and executed all donor events. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in music and theatre arts from Davidson College and a Master of Arts in Educational Theatre from New York University. She currently resides in the Shenandoah Valley region with her husband where they spend most of their free time enhancing the beauty of their c.1850 farmhouse and trying new recipes.

Steve Rempe

Steve Rempe works with the Major Gifts team to cultivate new partnerships with potential donors and to strengthen ties with existing supporters. Steve enjoys sharing Prison Fellowship International's vision of breaking the cycle of crime through Jesus' love and the amazing transformations taking place in the lives of prisoners, their families and victims of crime with donors. He finds it rewarding to partner with other individuals and organizations that share this passion and contribute to make it a reality. For eight years, Steve served as web editor and writer for Prison Fellowship Ministries, where he maintained the ministry's digital presence and provided content for the website, social media and blog. Steve has also worked for the Institute on Religion and Democracy and the National Pro-Life Alliance in various capacities. Steve received a bachelor's degree in political science at Miami University (Oxford, OH) and a Master of Arts in Public Policy at Regent University (Virginia Beach, VA). Steve lives in Springfield, Virginia, with his wife Beth and five children. He enjoys reading, sports and helping coach his son's wheelchair basketball team.

Terrance Tanyu

Terrence manages the Prison Fellowship International IT function, bringing seven years' experience working in the Information Technology field. Terrence specializes in the areas of Windows, Linux, Salesforce, and Networking, and provides operational activities including running, maintaining, and supporting actual software and hardware, networking, infrastructure and platform, computing, monitoring, security, and office productivity. Terrence believes that there is always a solution to every problem-because whatever challenge one goes through, someone else has passed through that same challenge successfully. Terrence has successfully built a ticketing and monitoring tool which monitors security on all Prison Fellowship International devices. In 2013, Terrence received an award for Lead of the Year for Outstanding Revenue Leadership. Terrence holds a bachelors' degree in computer science from the University of Buea In Cameroon and is also a certified and trained Red Hat System Administrator.

Tito Mercado

Tito Mercado supports the Finance and Administration team with his extensive experience working with financial and technological solutions. Tito specializes in Salesforce administration and provides oversight of Salesforce and its various related integrations. Tito believes that people are happier and more productive when they can trust and rely on their technology, so he enjoys simplifying complicated processes with systems that are more accessible and easier to use. Tito has a burden to convey Jesus' love to communities and people who are suffering, undergirding this mission through technology and administration. He is energized by building back-end efficiencies that tangibly impact front line care in the lives of people. Tito does this very thing to help a local nonprofit network of volunteers get food supplies to Northern Virginia middle school and high school students who lack basic provision. Historically, Tito provided this kind of administrative and technological support for churches, financial firms and healthcare providers. Tito received his bachelor's degree in Management from Virginia Tech and is a certified Salesforce Administrator. He lives in Leesburg, Virginia with his wife and four adult children - two biological sons and two daughters adopted from China. He enjoys baseball, football and all types of music, especially drums.

Wilson Geong

Wilson Geong leads Prison Fellowship International's Finance, Technology and Talent Management teams. His departments develop and improve the organization's infrastructure and controls that enable organizational execution. God is using Prison Fellowship International and its national ministries network to transform the lives of prisoners, families and victims globally. Wilson has been called by God to leverage his leadership skills and experiences to increase ministry capacity and impact. Previously, Wilson served more than 25 years in increasing international financial leadership roles within Boeing. In his last two Boeing roles, Wilson served as the Chief Financial Officer of Boeing Saudi Arabia, where he led cross business unit and joint ventures business growth and execution. He also served as the Middle East Global Sales Contracts Regional Director, responsible for airplane contracts in four Middle East countries. Wilson received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Finance and Business Economics) and a Master of Business Administration (Strategic Planning, Marketing, and Managerial Accounting) from the University of Washington. He resides in Ashburn, VA and values relationships via ministry, dining and travel.
