RAC NANOTECH - Key Persons
Raymond Cirelli is the founder and president of RAC Nanotech LLC and an industrial research affiliate at Princeton University's PRISM laboratory. Prior to starting RAC Nanotech, Ray was a Distinguished member of technical staff at Bell Laboratories' Nanofabrication Research Lab. Ray is the author/co-author of over 70 technical papers and has been awarded numerous patents in the field of Nanofabrication and advanced lithography. Raymond has made critical contributions to Nanotechnology in the areas of DUV lithography, high density interconnect, MEMS, photonic and nanofluidic device fabrication.
