A Massachusetts native, Heidi grew up in Braintree, MA and graduated from Gibbs College in Boston. She attended Northeastern University, as well as earned a Paralegal certification degree from Northeastern.
Heidi joins JCR with over 30 years of varied real estate experience. For 20 years she worked in the construction and development divisions of John M. Corcoran & Co., one of the largest real estate companies in New England. In 1995 she received her real estate salesperson license while working for a ReMax office on the South Shore, which specialized in condominium sales. While spending summers on the Cape, she worked the front desk at a small inn here in Chatham.
Since 2013, Heidi has also worked in the Rental division of JCR in an administrative capacity. Her unique experience of being a summer tenant, summer rental homeowner, and now a full-time resident of Chatham allows her to truely understand the dynamic of how a property can serve as an investment in addition to a residence.

John C. Ricotta was born in New York City and raised in Southport, Ct. John attended Lawrence Academy and Boston University. A Chatham resident since 1978, John has worked full-time in real estate since 1979 specializing in the listing and sale of high-end properties.
After working for several successful Chatham real estate agencies, John embarked on his own in 1989 with the establishment of John C. Ricotta & Associates. Through the intervening years John and his associates have worked to develop and retain their exceptional reputation among our clients and the broader community.
John is active in the community and has served the Town of Chatham in a number of capacities. He has held positions on town committees including the Personnel Committee and a long tenure as Zoning Board of Appeals Chairman. He is a member of the non-profit Chatham Conservation Foundation. John has also served as a member of Champ Homes in Hyannis, assisting homeless or near homeless adults on Cape Cod find transitional housing in a safe and respectful environment.
A long-time member and former Men's Club Champion at Eastward Ho! Country Club, John is a former member of the Nominating and Membership Committees. He served on the club's long range planning committee, its Green's committee, and two terms on its Board of Governors.
John also serves as a member of the Board of Corporators for the Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank and the Board of Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank Charitable Foundation.
John is a current member of the Cape Cod and Islands Board of Realtors.

Jonathan grew up in Chatham. He graduated from Tabor Academy in 2002, and went on to graduate from Connecticut College in 2006 with a degree in Government. He attended Southern New England School of Law for two years, and recently joined John C. Ricotta & Associates, Inc.
Jonathan's passion is sailing. He spent his summers racing at Stage Harbor Yacht Club on Nantucket Sound. He later sailed for his respective high school and college teams helping lead them to national rankings and results. He is also an avid golfer.
When he is not assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, Jonathan can be found sailing, while still making time to spend with his family and friends and his Gordon Setter, Adelaide.

Judy grew up south of Boston and summered in Chatham her entire life until she moved here full-time in 1978. She graduated from Thayer Academy in 1974 and attended Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA, where she was a health and physical education major. In 1999, she was inducted into the hall of fame at Thayer Academy where she still is actively involved and received the prestigious Alumni Loyalty Award in 2019. Judy grew up in a family where her grandfather, father, and brothers have had a successful commercial building company since 1922, and her uncle owned one of the most prestigious real estate companies on Cape Cod. Her parents taught her the value of commitment, collaboration, and honesty. So, in 1986, Judy ventured out into the real estate world herself and has never looked back.
Judy has worked for Ricotta & Associates, Inc. since 1989, when the company was founded, and she has been a top producer for 30 years. Judy has successfully helped sellers market their property and get them to the closing table, and she has enjoyed helping buyers find their special piece of Cape Cod. She admits it's a terrific feeling when you have sold 3 and 4 homes to the same customer--a tribute to hard work and perseverance. Judy specializes in Chatham, Orleans, Harwich and Brewster, and she has assisted clients in finding the perfect summer getaway, retirement home, or very first home; she also specializes in waterfront and water view properties. Julia was born and raised on Cape Cod. She graduated from Chatham High School in 2008 and went on to get her associates degree in business at Cape Cod Community College in 2010 and her MA Real Estate license in 2011. She has spent the last 10 years working in the rental department at John C. Ricotta and Associates. Now, in order to fulfill her love for real estate but also accommodate her expanding family, she has turned to the flexibility of real estate sales.

Kristin grew up in Armonk, NY and graduated from Georgetown University in 1998. She has vacationed on the Cape for most of her life, and has spent part of many summers in Chatham. After 10 years teaching high school English in NYC parochial schools, Kristin "retired" from teaching to join the family business in Commercial Real Estate investment. Working with her brother, Stewart, she manages residential and commercial properties in several states.
Kristin moved to Chatham in 2012 when the business invested in downtown Chatham, and she has since made Chatham her home.

Having lived and worked in New York City most of his life, Robert has over 20 years professional business experience and has recently retired from the High Tech industry. He now calls Chatham home and his full time residence, with properties in New York, and Hingham.
Robert is originally from Bermuda and has a strong affinity for the ocean and the quality of life associated with small town living. His goal is to offer both Buyers and Sellers the highest level of professionalism, coupled with well thought out, unique strategies, that will provide informed results.
Robert is an accomplished sailor and golfer, and during his down time, you can find him and his wife Colette, walking their two dachshunds, Chloe and Schultzie around town or at Forest Beach. Terry is a graduate of St. John's High School in Shrewsbury and the College of the Holy Cross College where he earned a BA in Economics and was Co-Captain of the Crew team. He received his MBA from Babson, and at the age of 25, was one of the youngest recipients ever to earn the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation.
After a successful career in the insurance business, Terry and his partners sold multi-county company (including the Chatham office) to a national equity group. Thankfully, Terry's extensive business contacts, both on and off Cape, still remain available to assist his clients in both buying and selling properties. Terry still remains a Licensed Insurance Adviser and has held a construction supervisor license for over fifteen years.
Terry is the former Chairman of the Town of Holden Finance Committee, former Board Member and President of Archway, Inc - Home for the autistic. He was a founding member of the Wachusett Area Flag Football League. He is former President of the Worcester County Independent Insurance Agents Association; Archway, Inc. - Home for the Autistic; and current President of the Central Mass CPCU Chapter. He is a former member of the Worcester Country Club Board of Govenors, holding membership since 1981 and long-term Corporator of Bay State Savings Bank. Terry is a current member of the Diocese of Worcester Dioscean Expansion Fund, a current Board member of the Worcester Children's Friend Society, as well as a member of the Chatham Yacht Club and Eastward Ho! Country Club since 1972.
Terry and his wife, Chris, have had a second home in Chatham since 1999 and have much experience and insight on summers in Chatham. Their four children started from a young age with sailing, boating, fishing and local golf activities, right along through the many summer jobs during their college years. Their two daughters still attend Holy Cross and Boston College … so the adventure and fun continue!

You could say real estate is in Toni Doggett's blood. Toni's mom was a broker for many years in New Jersey and later in Woodstock Vermont.
Toni started in the real estate business thirty years ago in the Hartford Connecticut area. Twelve years ago she moved to Boston where she worked in real estate in the City.
Toni spent the last forty five years summering in Chatham and two ago she became a full time resident.
