Brandon Bernard is the Operations Manager for Water and Wastewater. He has been in the water and wastewater industries for nineteen years and holds multiple certifications in water treatment, water distribution, wastewater collections, and wastewater treatment. Brandon has completed a Certificate of Utility Management from Willamette University, the Certified Public Manager Program through the University of Denver and acquired a master's certification in Applied Global Stability for Water Resources. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Theatre from Northwest Missouri State University. Brandon currently sits as the Vice President of the Lower Fountain Water Quality Association.

David Allgood serves as president on the Security Water and Sanitation Districts' Boards of Directors. He has proudly served on the Districts Boards since August 2014. Mr. Allgood holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Canyon University.

Dian Sukalski is Assistant District Manager for the Security Water and Sanitation Districts. She joined the Districts with 25 years of prior special district experience, and has served as part of the leadership team since August 2012.

Frank Baptiste serves as a Director on the Security Water and Sanitation Districts' Boards of Directors. He worked at the Districts for more than 20 years and has most recently served on the boards of directors for three years. Before joining the board, Frank acted as Service Manager for Goodyear in Security, CO, and he has been a proud member of the Security and Widefield community for 45 years.

Gerald Drake serves as Vice President of the Security Water and Sanitation Districts' Boards of Directors. He has been on the boards of directors for 15 years. After volunteering at the Security Village Fire Department, he became an engineer in 1990. He held the role of Captain at the fire department from 2006 to 2012 and has since retired. He enjoys spending time with family, hunting and fishing.

Richard Davis is the Superintendent of Water Operations. Before joining the Water Districts, he served four years in the United States Navy as a pipefitter, shipfitter and aircraft welder. At the Water District, Richard has worked over 30 years in various roles including Backflow and Cross Connection Technician, Water Distribution Technician and Water Treatment Plant Operator. He is currently working toward both his skydiving instructor rating and a USPA "D" level skydiving license.

Roy Heald is General Manager of the Security Water and Sanitation Districts. Roy has overseen the work of the Districts since 2006. He also serves as chairman of the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority Board, secretary of the Fountain Valley Authority Board and member of the Lower Fountain Water Quality Management Association, which he previously chaired.
Roy has served on the CO Water and Wastewater Facilities Operators Certification Board and The National Rural Water Association Board of Directors. In addition, he taught Payroll Accounting and Utility Management as an adjunct instructor at Pikes Peak Community College. He holds an MBA in Organizational Management from University of CO; a BSBA with emphasis in Accounting from University of Northern CO; and certificates in water operations, public management and management accounting.
