At SYS, we offer yoga and healing arts that is accessible to all ages and physical abilities. Our yoga classes are diverse in styles and levels of yoga; both for the seasoned practitioner and new to yoga. Classes are offered indoors, outdoor, and live stream... We offer daily group classes, private instruction for individuals, groups, and corporate events, workshops & special events, and Yoga Teacher Trainings.
