At SYS, we offer yoga and healing arts that is accessible to all ages and physical abilities. Our yoga classes are diverse in styles and levels of yoga; both for the seasoned practitioner and new to yoga. Classes are offered indoors, outdoor, and live stream... Each month we offer a variety of workshops & events. From sound events, class series, meditation and breathing workshops, to asana intensives. Designed to deepen your practices and knowledge of yoga and applying that knowledge into daily life.
