SIOUXLAND CARES - Key Persons
Chris is a recent graduate who is dedicated to community development and outreach. Chris relocated back to Sioux City after receiving his degrees and hopes to use his background in social policy, business, and legal studies to address some of the more pressing issues facing the Siouxland area. When he has free time he enjoys hiking, gardening, and playing with his two pet cats, Miko and Millie.

Mary Koster has worked in a part time capacity for Siouxland CARES since 2005, first as Administrative Assistant and now as Youth Services Coordinator. Mary is responsible for coordinating activities and communication with the members of the Sioux City Mayor's Youth Commission and Sioux City Young Ambassadors. Mary is married to husband, Tom, has three children and six grandchildren.
Rachel has been involved with Siouxland CARES for over five years and has loved serving as an Adult Advisor for the Mayor's Youth Commission. She has a passion for making Siouxland a welcoming and safe place for all. When she's not working, you will probably find Rachel reading or playing with her dog, Fargo. Rachel lives in Sioux City with her husband, Adam and son, Roland.
