Chuck McGlade

Dr. McGlade grew up in New York State and received his premedical degree from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree at Cornell Medical College in New York, New York, graduating Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed both his residency and a sub-specialty fellowship in angiography at the University of California, Los Angeles where he served as chief resident. After relocating to Eugene/Springfield, he worked for more than 25 years performing vascular interventions and minimally invasive surgery procedures. Dr. McGlade joined Centennial Shaw Heart and Vascular Specialists in 2018 where he has introduced advanced techniques and technology to Mercy Medical Center to be able to treat Douglas County residents locally.

Courtney Virgilio

Dr. Virgilio is the Medical Director of Noninvasive Cardiology and Cardiac Rehab at CMG Shaw Heart & Vascular Center. She received her medical degree from the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois graduating Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at the Washington University School of Medicine/Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine and is certified in Vascular Ultrasound. Dr. Virgilio has a passion for cardiovascular prevention and education. "Cardiology has come a long way and we have so much to offer patients with newer heart procedures and life-sustaining medications. I believe in carefully educating my patients about their heart issues, so that they can make the best choice about their health that best reflects their values and wishes. Dr. Ahmad Damati

Dr. Ahmad Damati graduated from Hashemite University (Jordan) in 2013. After completing his residency training in Internal Medicine in 2020 at the New York Medical College (Newark, NJ), he completed his Fellow in Cardiology in 2023 at St. Joseph's University Medical Center. He joined Centennial Shaw Heart and Vascular Physicians in 2023. Dr. Damati is a Cardiologist and is certified in BLS/ALS. He has many research publications and special interest in treating heart failure patients. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, fitness, and reading.

Dr. Gary Bronstein

Dr. Gary Bronstein graduated from Stony Brook School of Medicine (Long Island) in 1996. After completing his residency training in Internal Medicine in 1999 at University of Michigan Medical Center he received a faculty appointment at Columbia University Medical Center (NY City) where he worked as an attending physician until 2002 when he decided to focus on Cardiology and subsequently completed his cardiovascular training at NY Medical College. He joined Shaw Heart Cardiovascular Center in 2007. His clinical interests include consultative cardiology and non-invasive cardiac imaging, including echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, and most recently Cardiac CT Angiography (which allows non-invasive diagnosis of coronary blockages). His hobbies include mountain hiking and scuba diving.

Dr. Roger Dreiling

Dr. Roger Dreiling graduated from University of Kansas in 1978. After completing his residency training in Internal Medicine in 1981 at the University of Kansas, he served as Medical Chief Resident and completed his Fellow in Cardiology in 1984. He joined Centennial Shaw Heart and Vascular Physicians in 2023. Dr. Dreiling is an Interventional Cardiologist who comes to us from Providence Heart Institute in Medford, Oregon, and has had a long standing Interventional Cardiology career in Lawrence, Kansas and Corvallis, Oregon. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, and Interventional Cardiology. His areas of focus are coronary artery disease, heart failure, and treatment of acute myocardial infarction.

Dr. Thomas Bey

Dr. Thomas Bey graduated from University of Michigan with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering in 1987 and then started his journey into medicine by obtaining his Medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine (Detroit) in 1991. After completing his residency training in Diagnostic Radiology in 1996 at University of California, San Francisco/Fresno, he completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology in 1997 at Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Bey worked as a partner at MD Imaging in Redding, California for 20 years. He joined Centennial Shaw Heart and Vascular Physicians in 2023. Dr. Bey is an Interventional Radiologist (IR) and is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR) as well as Venous and Lymphatic medicine (ABVLM). He is currently active in both OLA and QA project accountability in both board certification systems. He has been a past medical expert reviewing member for the California Medical Board and was granted Adjunct Assistant Professor of Radiology status from Touro University in Vallejo, California in 2011 for his work with residents rotating through Mercy Medical Center (Redding, California) His special interests and treatment fields include Stroke Thrombectomy, Venous Interventions and Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty procedures for treatment of severe back pain. In his spare time he enjoys family time as well as running, biking and swimming, and has completed many triathlons.

Erin Cassidy

  • Family Nurse Practitioner
Erin is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has specialized in cardiovascular medicine for the greater part of her medical career. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs in 2005. Erin worked in emergency, hospital, and family medicine following graduation while preparing to work in cardiovascular medicine. She began working in cardiovascular medicine in Colorado in 2007. She moved to Roseburg in 2011. She enjoys spending time with each patient. Erin's passion is education and having a positive impact on the individuals she cares for as well as their families. Erin believes a team approach is the best way to provide excellent comprehensive care.

Ibrahim Osman

Dr. Osman is committed to excellence in providing high quality cardiovascular care, through personalized, compassionate, evidence-based, efficient patient centered care and the most comprehensive expertise available. His treatment strategy targets the disease as well as the predisposing risk factors. He hopes to learn from his patients as much as they learn from him.

Michael Peterson

Michael is a board certified physician assistant who specializes in interventional radiology and vascular medicine. He is a graduate of the OHSU School of Medicine where he earned his master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies with a special focus on providing medical care in rural and underserved communities. Michael is a passionate medical provider who cares deeply for his patients and colleagues, and he takes pride in educating patients about their medical conditions and involving them in their care plan. He is dedicated to a team approach in order to provide holistic care to the Roseburg community. He has a background in organ transplant and clinical medical research. In his free time, Michael enjoys the outdoors where he can be found hunting, fishing and hiking with his wife and son.
