Alexa Fuller, MS, WHNP-BC, is passionate about obstetrics and gynecology, fertility, and hormone therapy. In her practice, she works hard to be an advocate for women and provide the care they need in a way that she herself would like to receive it. She likes to approach each patient with a friendly and understanding spirit, supporting them throughout their entire healthcare journey, from annual exams to pregnancy and childbirth.
Alexa graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus School of Nursing with a Master of Science. She specialized in Advanced Practice Nursing as a Nurse practitioner in Women's Health.
Chance Galindo, CNM received her Masters of Science in Nursing at New Mexico State University and has been educating women about their health and childbirth for over fifteen years. She has an extensive range of midwifery services, including: IUI, well-women exams, and birth control management (including IUD and Nexplanon insertion). She can also assist with early dating and AFI ultrasounds, prenatal care, and intrapartum or postpartum care. Outside of the clinic Chance loves to travel and is wild about the outdoors. She spends most of her free time camping and hiking with her partner, or visiting her two grown children.

Dr. Kimberly van Scriver is a Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician by the ACOG. She earned a Bachelor of Art in Psychology from the University of California Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arizona. After completing her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, Dr. van Scriver completed Residencies at the University of Oklahoma, the University of New Mexico and the University of Florida. She has been practicing OB/GYN since 1998, and joined South Denver OB/GYN in October 2014.
Dr. Sarah Payne is a State of Colorado licensed physician. A graduate of the University of South Alabama College of Medicine (top 10% of her class), Dr. Payne is also a published researcher in the area of robotic hysterectomy techniques. After medical school, she completed her OB/GYN residency at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
Before entering medical school, Dr. Payne was a Dean's List and President's List graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History. She spent two years in the Czech Republic as an English teacher prior to going back to the University of Alabama to complete her medical prerequisites and attend medical school.
Dr. Payne is a warm, compassionate physician, who brings her welcoming charm to our practice. When not working with our patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, finding new restaurants in Denver, gardening and skiing.

Jean has been a high-risk labor and delivery nurse certified in Obstetrics for 10 years. She worked in the civilian sector at Children's Hospital Colorado and Baylor Scott and White in Dallas, Texas. She has also served over 7 years in the United States Air Force at Yokota Air Base, Japan; Aviano Air Base, Italy, and Lackland Airforce Base in San Antonio, Texas.
Jean is a proud member of the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) as well as a member of Nurse Practitioner's in Women's Health (NPWH).
Kristin Shields, MD Graduated magna cum laude from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors of Science in chemistry in 2005. She then graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine with a Medical Doctorate in 2010. She is a junior fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a member of the American Medical Association. Kristin's specialties include minimally invasive surgeries and a focus on personalized medicine.

Marissa McLaughlin is a board-certified women's health nurse practitioner. She received her bachelor of science in nursing in 2012 from the University of Alabama. In 2016, Marissa graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus where she obtained her master of science degree with a specialization in Women's Health. Marissa's passion for women's health began when she was 17 years old with the chance to experience the birth of her nephew. She has worked as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse for four years and is excited to start her journey caring for women of all ages. Marissa brings her joyful spirit to the practice with hopes of empowering every woman in a positive way.
When not at work, you will find Marissa exercising at OrangeTheory Fitness, playing with her golden doodle Oskar, or traveling the world with her husband. She hails from the great state of Alabama, but enjoys her adventurous life and gorgeous weather in Colorado.
Natalie Gale Lockhart, CNM, FNP-BC has been working in holistic health and preventative care for years. Her background is in biology & nutrition, with an emphasis on healthy lifestyle care. She is dually trained as a family nurse practitioner & midwife and has been catching babies full time for about three years.
Natalie attended Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and has a Masters of Science with an emphasis in Midwifery & Family Practice. She specializes in Pregnancy Care, Midwifery, Holistic Care, Nutrition, Trauma-Informed Care, and Integrative Health.
