I founded Steeplechase Construction in April of 1997 and we specialize in residential and commercial construction in the Aspen area... We work with homeowners and developers, as well as in-house development projects. As president, my responsibilities include managing all aspects of the business including managing projects, developing budgets, preparing and coordinating schedules, billing, overseeing project managers, and working with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for the successful completion of projects... After 21 years of extensive remodels and building beautiful homes in the Roaring Fork Valley, Steeplechase Construction has developed an honest reputation for creating a long lasting bonds with not only the people who's dream homes they build but with the vast assembly of contractors and sub-contractors that will ultimately craft your home.
