The Society for News Design (SND) is an international organization for news media professionals and visual communicators - specifically those who create print/web/mobile publications and products... SND is a volunteer-run organization with industry leaders dedicating their time and expertise to the advancement of visual storytelling around the world... Our members represent a range of experiences, backgrounds, platforms, geographical locations and points of view. It is important to SND that the voices of all our members are represented and celebrated. We aspire to create an organization where equality and inclusion is achievable; where all our members have equal opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. The power of our differences, brought together through our beliefs in design, journalistic values and truth, enable us to build a stronger community and world.
