In 2007, Argyle joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison as the associate dean of students. He was appointed as interim dean of students in 2018 and then the Chief of Staff for the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs in 2019. In his role as Chief of Staff Argyle oversees the centralized Student Affairs services around administration, communications, assessment, human resources, and budget. He is the primary point person for developing and tracking the Student Affairs strategic plan and master space plan. Argyle serves as an entry point and liaison for Student Affairs with internal and external stakeholders. Over his higher education career, Argyle Wade has focused on assisting students and staff discern their purpose and develop their skills. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Saint Louis University, a Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel from Emporia State University and a Psychology degree from Truman State University. Outside of work Argyle is a husband, father of two children, a volunteer firefighter, and the Commissioner of his neighborhood fantasy football team. He is a fan of Greg McKeown's Essentialism philosophy, productivity hacks, golf, Supreme Court oral arguments, and dogs. His favorite band is the Bleachers and he also loves old school hip-hop.

Christina Olstad

Christina Olstad has served in various roles in student affairs and has over twenty years of experience in higher education administration, residential life and housing, student activities, and leadership development. Christina received undergraduate and master's degrees in social work at Augsburg University and an Ed.D. in educational leadership and policy studies at the University of Vermont. In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Badgers, and enjoying our beautiful state of Wisconsin. Christina Olstad has served in various roles in student affairs and has nearly twenty years of experience in higher education administration, residential life and housing, student activities, and leadership development. Christina received undergraduate and master's degrees in social work at Augsburg University and an Ed.D. in educational leadership and policy studies at the University of Vermont. Prior to joining the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Christina served as the Interim Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. She held previous positions at Augsburg University, University of New England, University of Vermont, and Semester at Sea. Her academic interests include social justice education, developing intercultural competence, supporting students in recovery, financial literacy, crisis response and innovative approaches to retention and persistence to graduation. Outside of work she enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Christina also leads the Dean of Students Advisory Board (DOSAB), a dedicated group of student leaders at UW-Madison who advocate for their peers by raising student concerns and providing valuable feedback to the dean of students. Dr. Lori Reesor

As UW-Madison's vice chancellor for student affairs, Dr. Lori Reesor oversees student services that address health and well-being, identity and inclusion, advocacy, leadership and community engagement. Reesor grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and was a first-generation college student. She came to UW-Madison in 2018 and has been proud to call Wisconsin home again. Dr. Reesor's office hours are by appointment. Please contact Danielle Saunders to schedule a time. Dr. Lori Reesor is UW-Madison's vice chancellor for student affairs. She is a Wisconsin native from Waukesha and was proud to return to her home state when she joined the UW to build a new student affairs organization in 2018. Reesor oversees student services that address health and well-being, identity and inclusion, advocacy, student leadership and community engagement. She also serves as an affiliate clinical professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis. Prior to UW-Madison, Reesor served as vice provost for student affairs and dean of students at Indiana University, and vice president for student affairs at the University of North Dakota. Reesor has over 30 years of experience in student affairs at large public institutions including the University of Kansas, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and Wichita State University. A first-generation college student, Reesor holds a doctoral degree from the University of Kansas, a master's degree from Iowa State University, and a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She has held numerous leadership positions in professional organizations including the Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities (APLU) and the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). NASPA named Reesor a Pillar of the Profession in 2014, and she received the 2015 Fred Turner Award for Outstanding Service. Reesor has co-authored several editions of Beginning Your Journey: A Guide for New Professionals in Student Affairs as well as other articles in student affairs.

Jake Baggott

Jake Baggott joined UW-Madison in May 2019 as the Associate Vice Chancellor and Executive Director of University Health Services. He provides leadership for departments within University Health Services and oversight of University Recreation & Wellbeing. Jake has over 30 years of experience in student health and wellbeing and student affairs. Prior to his role at UW-Madison he served as the Assistant Vice President for Student Health & Wellbeing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) following a role as the founding Executive Director for Student Health & Wellbeing at UAB. Jake also completed a 22-year military career in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard, retiring at the rank of First Sergeant in 2003. As a first-generation college student, Jake is a three-degree graduate of Southern Illinois University (SIU), including the recipient of an advanced degree in Legal Studies from the SIU School of Law where he specialized in Health Law & Policy. Jake has served in numerous leadership positions at the American College Health Association (ACHA) national and affiliate level including serving as ACHA's president and nine years on the ACHA Board of Directors. He has been actively involved in advocacy for the Association since 2008 on multiple issues.

Ning Sun is the Director of Student Affairs Assessment in Student Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ning oversees and provides guidance for assessment efforts across Student Affairs. This includes advancing assessment on the Student Affairs strategic priorities, developing short- and long-term assessment plans, and establishing policies and procedures for assessment. In addition, Ning offers consultations and trainings around assessment project design, implementation, data analysis, and use of assessment results. Ning holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, with a minor in quantitative methodologies, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
