Nursing Home is an intimate 84-bed Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation conveniently located on Suffolk County's south shore. Serving the Bay Shore/ Islip community for 30 years, we pride ourselves on treating our residents as we would treat our family - one special person at a time... Nursing Home is a skilled nursing facility. We accept Medicare & Medicaid, as well as Blue Cross Senior Plan and private payments for our services. Arrangements for other insurance plans can be negotiated... Under the direction of attending physicians, our nursing staff of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Professional Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), work round the clock to ensure the highest possible level of quality of life to all of our residents. Together with our rehabilitation team of physical and occupational therapists and assistants, we work every day with restorative residents to return function and maximize ability.
