Rabbi Jeremy Weisblatt

Job Titles:
  • Rabbi
  • Rabbi Weisblatt Joined
Rabbi Weisblatt comes to Temple Ohav Shalom and looks forward to putting down roots within the North Hills with his family. His wife, Marissa, is a graduate of both undergrad and graduate programs at the University of Pittsburgh (she holds an MSW), and earlier in 2017 they welcomed their son Alexander Joseph. Rabbi Weisblatt's rabbinate is focused on community and he believes that the synagogue is truly a place where relationships grow, strengthen. He also strongly feels that the synagogue should strive to be true to the words of the prophet Isaiah, who declared centuries ago [that the] "House of the Eternal, is a place of prayer for all peoples." His door is always open, and he hopes you'll give a knock, a call, and say hello, for it is only together, does the community become stronger and move forward. Rabbi Weisblatt joined Temple Ohav Shalom as our Rabbi in 2017. Click for more information and to read his bio.
