For nearly 40 years we have been mixing our dough from scratch and hand-cutting the same creamy semi-sweet chocolate from 10 lb. bars into large chunks to add to our cookies. We continue to use only the finest pecans, walnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts and locally grown Northern Michigan dried cherries available.
