Kim McCleary Blue is the President of Town Hall Los Angeles, the city's oldest and most prominent nonprofit public speaker forum, which has hosted past presidents, key business leaders and cultural icons since 1937. Her career experience includes senior executive positions in the nonprofit and private sectors, with accomplishments resulting from her skills in public affairs, strategic planning, fundraising, program management, marketing and operations.
Prior to joining Town Hall, McCleary was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of New Visions Foundation, which focuses on providing excellent educational opportunities to underserved youth.
McCleary also spent more than 20 years at the Los Angeles Times serving in most of the major operational management roles. She is widely known for The Times' community outreach efforts that she led as Vice President of Public Affairs. She also served as President of the paper's charitable foundations, The Times Mirror and Los Angeles Times Foundations, and has served in a leadership position on numerous Los Angeles nonprofit boards.
She holds a B.A. from Stanford University and a M.B.A. from Pepperdine's Graziadio School of Business and Management.

Kyle Langan is an award-winning writer and media consultant and directs all of the marketing efforts for Town Hall???s diverse programming to engage and educate Angelenos and further the organization???s mission of open public discussion.
Prior to joining Town Hall, Kyle worked as a Social Media Consultant in the luxury real estate arena, implementing viral digital campaigns, leading social media education workshops, and creating original branded content to elevate digital platforms, both informationally and aesthetically. Additionally, he is the Founder of the online lifestyle brand, www.HamptonstoHollywood.com, a daily editorial publication and e-commerce shop.
His debut Young Adult novel was released to booksellers across the country in early 2016 and he holds a B.A. in Communication from DeSales University.

Marian Shima is an award-winning executive with more than 20 years of combined experience impacting organizational success through the creative development and leadership of high-profile projects and programs. In her role at Town Hall, Marian is responsible for the strategic development and production of 40 events annually.
Prior to joining Town Hall Los Angeles in 2010, Marian held several management positions during her 11-year tenure at the Los Angeles Times. As Executive Director of Public Affairs, her most recent position, she led the Los Angeles Times Family Fund's $3.3M fundraising/grant-making program and oversaw signature programs such as Reading by 9, a children's literacy collaborative between public, private and community-based organizations. Marian also managed community outreach for mayoral, gubernatorial and presidential debates hosted by The Times.
Before joining the Los Angeles Times, Marian held several hotel marketing management positions at the Disneyland Resort. She has received numerous honors, including the International Reading Association

Rudy Medina serves as the Southern California market president for U.S. Bank, the fifth largest commercial bank in the United States. Medina will lead the market in company-wide efforts and activities and will direct commercial banking in the greater Southern California area.
Medina has over 35 years of banking and financial services experience in California and joins U.S. Bank from Bank of America, where he most recently served as chief operating officer, business banking division. Previous to this he held the role of market president and senior vice president, market executive, California Central Valley, directing all middle market banking and serving as the senior executive in the market.
Medina is an active and dedicated in the community and currently serves as a board member for the Pacific Coast Banking School, the California Bankers Association, the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, the Central City Association of Los Angeles, and chairman emeritus of the Fresno Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Previously Medina served as chairman, Business Advisory Committee, Craig School of Business at California State University Fresno. Medina has also shared his time and expertise with Reading and Beyond and the Fresno Food Bank organizations.
Medina earned a bachelor???s degree in finance from University of the Pacific and is a previous winner of the Kermit O???Hansen Award of Excellence from the Pacific Coast Banking School. Medina and his wife, Susan reside in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.

Tracy holds a BA in history and international studies from Northwestern University. Before joining the Council, Tracy worked in education and public affairs at the binational center in Montevideo, Uruguay. Prior to her time abroad, she advanced arts education initiatives as part of the academic department at the Hammer Museum. Tracy currently coordinates membership and development at the Council. She is a Los Angeles native and speaks four languages.

William McMorrow is chairman and CEO of Kennedy Wilson, which he purchased in 1988. Beginning with just one office and eleven employees, today Kennedy Wilson has 25 offices in the U.S., U.K., Ireland, Spain, Jersey and Japan with 400 corporate employees and 2,000 operating associates as well as assets under management of over $17 billion, including over 69 million sq. ft. of office, retail and industrial properties and 20,000 multifamily units. In November of 2009, the company went public and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Kennedy Wilson Japan went public in 2002 and is currently listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

He serves on the Executive Board of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and is involved in numerous Southern California charities, including Chrysalis, which honored him with the Spirit of Chrysalis Award in 2005, the Rape Treatment Center, USC, Windward High School, the Village School and Loyola High School, which honored him with the Cahalan Award for Distinguished Alumni in 2010. In 2014, he was honored by City of Hope at their Spirit of Life Celebration. Additionally, Mr. McMorrow is a member of the Loyola High School Board of Regents and a Trustee at Windward School. Recently, he endowed the William J. McMorrow Global Real Estate Program at the USC Marshall School of Business.
