WAPAKONETA FAMILY YMCA - Key Persons
Denielle has been working at the Wapakoneta Family YMCA Courtesy Counter since 2013. She has been married to her husband Stacy since 1999, and they have two daughters - Kiersten and Kayla. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, camping, shopping, traveling and anything soccer. She attends the Anastasis Church in Lima. Denielle received the OPIE (Outstanding Performance in Employment) in 2014 and the Ohio Alliance of YMCA's HERO Award in 2020. In her role as Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for clerical work within the YMCA.
Dwight began his YMCA career in 2015. Dwight is a 1988 graduate of Fort Jennings High School. He has been married for 24 years to Michelle. They have three girls, Amber, Andrea and Alexandria. Dwight has been in construction for over 28 years, specializing in masonry and concrete. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife, girls, and close family and friends.

Jenny has worked for the Wapakoneta Family YMCA beginning in January 2005. She is currently the Youth Development Coordinator overseeing some of the Youth Development programs at the YMCA. Those programs include child care, day camp and Child Watch. She has been married since 1997, and have two daughters. Her hobbies include spending time with her family & friends, reading, riding her bicycle, quilting and just relaxing at home.
Joshua Little currently is the Chief Executive Officer of the Wapakoneta Family YMCA. He joined the Wapakoneta Family YMCA in July 2010. Prior to Wapakoneta, he worked for the YMCA/JCC of Greater Toledo from 2000 to 2010. Josh served as a Program Director, Associate Executive Director and finished his career in Toledo at the Francis Family YMCA in Temperance, Michigan as Executive Director. He began his Y career in 2000 as a lifeguard at the South Toledo YMCA.
Josh has a Bachelor ™s Degree in History with a minor in Spanish from the University of Toledo. Josh also has a Master of Science Degree from Springfield College (Springfield, MA) in Human Service with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. He and his family reside in Wapakoneta. He and his wife have one daughter Madeline, two sons Gabe and Charlie, and two dogs.
He is a member of the Wapakoneta City Schools Board of Education. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Wapakoneta Area Chamber of Commerce (Past President); member of the Wapakoneta Service (Sertoma) Club (Past President); member of the Wapakoneta Rotary Club (Past President); and, member of the Wapakoneta Breakfast Optimist Club. Josh is also a member of the Wapakoneta Eagles #691, Knights of Columbus (past Financial Secretary), Kleinhenz-Moeller Foundation and St. Joseph Catholic Church. Josh was awarded the Wapakoneta Citizen of the Year award in 2020.

Liz started at the Wapakoneta Family YMCA teaching aerobics in 2006. She took on a Member Engagement Specialist role in 2015. She currently serves as our Membership Director as Director of Member Engagement. She loves getting to know the members and working with them to reach their fitness goals. Liz is charged with the engagement of new members as they join the YMCA to ensure they meet their health and wellness goals. Liz, and her husband, live outside of Wapakoneta with their two energetic and fun-loving boys. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking and running!

Wendy began her YMCA career in 2006 with the YMCA/JCC of Greater Toledo. Wendy graduated in 1993 from Monroe High School in Monroe, Michigan. She has been married for 26 years to Marc and they have three kids; Alyssa, Dillon and Leigha. Wendy has been in aquatics from a young age as a swimmer on the youth swim team through high school. She has coached competitive swimming and diving and in a YMCA Director role for 20 years. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to new destinations, shopping, going to new restaurants, and spending time with close family and friends.
