I currently serve as the CTE Director and Curriculum Supervisor for the Tumwater School District. The Tumwater School District is committed to educating our students by providing them with the skills they will need to thrive in an ever-changing world. I am blessed to be a part of the Thurston County Chamber as a board member. My passion is to be a beacon of light and hope for all students in our community by building a continuum of awareness, exploration, preparation, and work experiences developed through strong school-to-work partnerships.

Since calling Tumwater home, Charlie has been actively involved with the Tumwater Youth Program, Camp to Belong summer camp for foster kids, Adopt-a-Road cleanup, Stream Team, Capitol Land Trust, Native Plant Salvage, and many other organizations within our local area.

Nicole Montoya has been a part of the OlyFed family for six years having served in several positions including Customer Service Representative, Universal Banker, Loan Officer, Assistant Branch Manager and now Branch Manager at the bank's Tumwater location.

Nicole's example as a leader is why she is a part of the organization's Better Fedder Committee, which is a culture crew, which is dedicated to enhancing the vision and mission of the organization.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her dog and her parents who are her next-door neighbors. A fun fact about Nicole is she used to live in the North Pole and she once took a water painting class with OlyFed Yelm Branch Manager Jane Walker and discovered she is a really good painter.
