Adriana has been part of our Ultima family for over 3 years now. She is very passionate about the industry and can't picture herself doing anything else. Some of Adriana's passions include balayage , fantasy colors , and long layered haircuts. As Adriana continues to strive in the industry, she keeps up with her education by taking classes and learning new techniques to stay up to date on the latest trends. Some of the classes she has taken and obtained certifications from are Magic Sleek @magicsleek, and Keratin extensions. Adriana always strives to giver her clients the best! A Graduate of The Cutting Edge academy of Ledge wood, NJ in June 2012. Since graduating Alisha has continued growing her skills in manicure and pedicure as well as Shellac and Nail Harmony Gelish Products Manicures. When It comes to nail art her mind goes exploring. You can think of anything and she will learn it until she tops it off better. In Addition to her Hot Stone Foot and Leg Massage and reflexology is a huge interest to her. Alisha is a team player with always has a helping hand. With over 25 years experience in Cosmetology, Alyson can fulfill all of your beauty needs. She is both a licensed Cosmetologist as well as being a NJ Licensed Cosmetology Teacher. Alyson is trained in the latest hair trends such as balayage, highlights, and ombré hair color techniques in addition to current cutting and styling applications . She continually attends professional development classes with the top leaders in the beauty industry. Some of the classes include Redken, Pureology, Tammy Taylor Nails and FarmHouse Fresh. Alyson can also take care of all of your nail requests. She specializes in all aspects of acrylic nail services, gel enhancements and natural nail/foot care. She especially enjoys to custom blend acrylic colors for her guests to get that perfect pink and white French look! My name is Jenna and I graduated from The Artistic Academy of Hair Design in 2021. My passion for hair started when I was a little girl always watching my grandmother aspire peoples hair dreams and putting the best smiles on peoples faces. I always wanted to follow in her foot steps. Long layered haircuts and any hair-coloring are my favorite things to do! I am also Magic Sleek certified. Working at Ultima I have been to a wide range of Redken classes and I'm always interested in learning more! I love following new trends and making people feel gorgeous and happy is what I aim for!! Jennifer Leiva Bio Jenn is a new nail tech at Ultima and uses nail art and design as a creative outlet. She has been doing her own nails ever since she was little and knew she wanted to continue doing manicures as a career. Jenn received her education from the Sussex County Community College cosmetology program and is excited to expand her knowledge and improve her skills. Jess is a hairstylist and makeup artist with over 6 years of industry experience! She specializes in reds and coppers, blondes, and vivid/fashion colors and she always has the health of your hair in mind. She has taken a wide range of hair classes with Redken and Pureology as well as Alain Hair Extensions. Jess is also a makeup artist specializing in bridal and bridesmaid glam and took a Bridal Makeup Master Class with Makeup By Brielle. She is always looking forward to furthering her education in all areas of her career!

Lisa is a new stylist and is very passionate about hair. She loves balayage, fun colors and is always up for trying new hair ideas. She specializes in curly hair and has taken classes with @evanjosephcurls and is certified with @joemiguel_. Lisa also loves educating herself with in person classes, and is a member of @btcuniversity, and @phanhaus+. She loves meeting new guests and looks forward to having them in her chair. Shana has been with Ultima for 15+ years. She is a certified Redken colorist who loves to share her passion for color and color correction. Shana also specializes in men's styling, over all change and takes great pride in her Bridal work. She also loves to do make up and up styling. In 2017 she received the Ouidad certification award!! Over 20 years experience in the industry, 25 being here at the Ultima! Over the past 22 years I have grown with the Ultima through in salon training and various training at the Redken exchange, Martin Parsons, Ouidad, RARE NYC, and personally along side of Ruth Roche an industry icon. Percision haircutting and classic looks are my foundation. Throughout the years I find my continued passion in my guests and my continuing education. After traveling across the states working with Ruth and RARE at educational events I became a REDKEN Certified Colorist. Color correction and finding the best suitable color for my client is a passion of mine. Along with my educational background I find listening and collaborating with my guests helps me to achieve the goals that we are seeking. Most recently I became a Ouidad Certified Stylist. I have a great understanding of curly/textured hair and love to see my fellow curly girls proud of their beautiful locks!
