C. Michael Hazard founded Westfield Capital Management in 1989. He currently serves as an Advisory Board member of Westfield Capital and remains involved with the firm from a strategic perspective.
Mr. Hazard is Chairman of the Board of the Friends of the South Ferry Church Association in Narragansett, Rhode Island. He serves on the Investment Committees of South County Hospital in Wakefield, Rhode Island, Care New England Health System, Kent Hospital, Women and Infants Hospital of Rhode Island, Perkins School for the Blind, and Mother Caroline Academy & Education Center. He is a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War. He lives in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife, Sue. He is the father of four children and has thirteen grandchildren.

Dee is a Partner and Chief Technology Officer. He joined Westfield in 2007 following his time with Moors & Cabot as an Information Technology Manager.
Dee began his career as a Computer Analyst/PC Specialist with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, later going on to hold technology related positions with Manulife Financial, Eze Castle Integration and Helix/Brooks Automation.
Dee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University.
Ted is a Partner focusing on investments within the Industrials sector and Consumer Durables. Prior to joining Westfield, he held an equity analyst position at Delaware Investments where he was a generalist concentrating on industrials and offshore drillers. He previously worked in Equity Research at Merrill Lynch where he helped cover the Machinery sector. Ted began his career at TM Capital, a boutique investment bank, where he focused on M&A transactions across all industries.
Ted holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and earned his undergraduate degree at Trinity College. He enjoys skiing, sailing and spending time with his family.
Jehanne is a Senior Security Analyst covering Internet. Before rejoining Westfield, she worked on the finance team at Forward Financing, a fintech startup in Boston. Jehanne first joined Westfield in 2015 and in her four years as a research analyst, supported the Consumer, Business and Financial Services team in addition to being responsible for coverage of the education eervices industry. Jehanne started her career at Hartford Investment Management as a high yield credit analyst.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Trinity College in 2012.

Mike also volunteers with the Power Lunch Program, a Boston Partners in Education program that pairs corporate volunteers with elementary school students to improve reading comprehension and spark their enthusiasm for reading. Pete is a Research Analyst, working as a generalist across various sectors. Prior to joining Westfield, Pete held investment positions within real estate private & public equity. Pete graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics, majoring in Finance.

Prior to Westfield, he worked spent five years at Copper Rock Capital Partners as a Partner, Quantitative and Fundamental Analyst, as well as Ocean State Asset Management where he was a founding partner and portfolio manager.
Rajat holds a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and earned his B.E. from Delhi College of Engineering. Rajat began his career with SEI Investments, where he was a Senior Investment Analyst.

Sam is a Vice President and member of the Investment Committee covering the industrials, materials, and energy sectors. Prior to joining Westfield in 2016, Sam was an Analyst analyst at Midwood Capital, a highly concentrated long/short fund dedicated to small cap investing across all sectors. Previously, Sam worked in private equity as an associate at HarbourVest Partners, and began his career as an investment banking analyst at Harris Williams & Co. where he focused on M&A transactions in industrials and technology.
Sam holds a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science from Babson College. In addition to spending time with his family, Sam enjoys reading, soccer, and golf.

Westfield Capital welcomed Scott in 2002, and he is now a Partner and a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Scott's research encompasses the Consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Westfield, Scott spent five years as Vice President of Equity Research at Harbor Capital Management in Boston. In 1997, Scott was an Associate in the High Yield Research Group at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He began his career in 1991 at Dean Witter Reynolds, where he covered the specialty retail and footwear industries.
Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned his Bachelor of Sciences degree from Lehigh University. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
Active in the community, Scott is a Power Lunch volunteer with Boston Partners in Education. He is also a member of the investment committee at Hebrew Senior Life, a nonprofit, non-sectarian organization focused on providing communities and health care for seniors, research into aging, and education for geriatric care providers.
