*93.5 WMWV FM is going to hold a Local Artist SONG Competition. Starting January 15, 2024we are going to go on air and ask LOCAL ARTISTS (local as defined in our competition rules) to send us ONE original song to be considered for the Song Competition via our web submission online. We will take submissions for 4 weeks (Mid-February). After submissions close, WMWV will play each song on air during a special show. Judges will pick the top 3 songs and post them on the 93.5 WMWV FM web-site for 6 weeks (Last two weeks of Feb and March) for people to vote and we will have each of the 3 FINALISTS PLAY will get one GIG at a local bar by the end of March to promote themselves and try to get votes (3 Promos). On April 1st the voting will stop and the song with the most votes wins. Here is what they win.
