The Wireless Netvision service consists of multiple radio base stations called Wireless Point of Presence (WPOP) deployed in the Elgin area. The WPOPs are connected to our Network Operation Center (NOC) via high-speed data lines or high-speed radio links. The NOC is connected to the Internet with multiple high-speed T1 lines...
