Daniella Trujillo came to the WBCA through the Betty F. Jaynes Internship Program in 2007. She soon became a part of the team as the manager of events and office administration in July 2007. In 2009, she took on the responsibility of managing more than 40 various awards as part of the WBCA awards program. She currently is the senior manager of events and awards.
Trujillo manages all aspects of the WBCA awards program, the "So You Want To Be A Coach" program, convention-wide housing, convention logistics, contract negotiations, exhibit hall, transportation and the Betty F. Jaynes Internship Program. She also is the primary contact person for all members at the NCAA Division II level.
Trujillo graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor's degree in sport management with a concentration in marketing. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she has also lived in Mississippi, California, New Jersey and Georgia. This opportunity to experience life in many different parts of the country and the diversity that exists in each area has helped in making her the person she is today.

Danielle M. Donehew is only the third person to lead the WBCA in its 30-plus-year history. She was named Executive Director on July 2, 2014.
As Executive Director, Donehew administers all operational affairs for the WBCA, oversees all marketing endeavors, manages the non-profit organization's $2.5 million annual budget, oversees all WBCA programs and services, and directs the office staff. She also oversees the WBCA's external affairs, taking on active roles with affiliate organizations such as the NCAA, USA Basketball, the WNBA, the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, and the Women's Sports Foundation.
Donehew is the past president of the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame Board of Directors, having concluded a three-year term as its president on June 10, 2020. She serves on the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Board of Trustees as well. She is also an International Women's Forum Foundation Fellow, completing in June 2016 the leading women's executive development program in the world.
As a student-athlete, Donehew was an active member of Phi Mu Sorority; held executive offices on the Georgia Tech Student Athlete Advisory Board; represented Georgia Tech on the ACC Student-Athlete Advisory Board; and was named the 1999 Georgia Tech Homecoming Queen.
In 2018, the United States Basketball Writers Association presented Donehew with its Mary Jo Haverbeck Award for her special service to the media who cover the sport.
Donehew is a native of Atlanta, where she played in four Georgia High School Association final fours and won two state championships for Sequoyah High School in Cherokee County. She was inducted into the Cherokee County Sports Hall of Fame in May 2019.
Donehew holds a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Tech and a master's degree in sport management from the University of Tennessee.

Latasha Lewis is currently the manager of marketing communications at the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) - a position she has held since October 2016. Her main responsibility is to create, implement and oversee marketing strategies and communications between the association, its more than 4,000 members and the public. Lewis also facilitates the association's mentoring programs, is the primary contact for all NCAA Division III members, and aids in the WBCA's membership retention and convention registration strategies.
Lewis oversees content development which includes the WBCA's website, digital and social media platforms, marketing materials, and the association's convention app.
The summer of 2021 brought new opportunities to Lewis as she led where she was and welcomed the responsibility of managing the association's educational efforts, including overseeing programming for WBCA conventions and organizing webinar series.
From 2014 to 2016, Lewis worked with the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC), first as media relations assistant and then as interactive media specialist. She oversaw the conference's in-house graphic design/marketing department and supervised all social media platforms for the conference office. She also worked as a sports information director (SID) for multiple sports including women's basketball, women's bowling, softball and women's indoor and outdoor track and field.
Prior to joining the SWAC, Lewis was the communications director for Virtual Village Classroom - a scholastic, education company in Florence, Alabama.
A 2013 graduate of The University of Alabama, Lewis worked as an athletics communications assistant while earning her Bachelor of Arts in communication and information sciences.

Shayla Black is the manager of membership, a position she has held since September 2018. She provides customer service by responding to member calls and inquiries regarding membership. She is also responsible for running on-site registration at the annual WBCA Convention.
Black is also currently an assistant women's basketball coach for Midway University in Midway, Kentucky. She assists the head coach with game-day preparation and coaches the junior varsity team. Prior to this, she worked as a health fitness professional for Health Fitness Corporation and was an office manager and health screener for C.O.R.E. Health Centers.
Black earned her Bachelor of Arts in exercise science with a minor in psychology from Transylvania University in 2011. She was a member of the women's basketball team during her time at the university.
