Dee is a graduate of Leadership Wheeling, Class of 2005, and past president of Ohio County Rotary. Prior to coming to Wheeling Health Right, she was the Executive Secretary at Northwood Health Systems. Dee joined the WHR staff in October 1999. She attended West Virginia Northern Community College studying Marketing and West Liberty University studying psychology.
Dee is married to Michael Phillips, Sr. and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Don received his BS in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University in 1976. He joined the Wheeling Health Right staff in 2003 and is currently the supervisor of the Pharmacy.
Rebich is an active member in his church and food pantry. He is also a member of the Wheeling Island Lions Club, and this past year received the Leonard Jarrett Award, it is the highest honor bestowed by the West Virginia Sight and Hearing Conservation Foundation.
Don resides in Wheeling with his wife and family.
A native of Wheeling, Gary earned his BA degree in Communications from Bethany College. His passion for raising money started when he chaired a fundraising event through his fraternity to help a young girl in the town of Bethany in need of medical care. After graduation, Gary enjoyed an 8-year career with the American Heart Association, holding positions in West Virginia, New Hampshire, and Virginia. Upon leaving the AHA in Virginia Beach, Gary became the Executive Director of the Children's AIDS Network in Norfolk. After his twin daughters were born, he returned to Wheeling and held positions with the Catholic Schools Office of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, and then with the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph, where he worked for 13 years. In 2018, Gary moved to Maine where he worked for 2 years for Unity College, before joining the staff at Wheeling Health Right in April 2021. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in all aspects of fund development and non-profit management. Gary continues to reside in Maine with his wife, Tricia.

Executive Director Kathie Brown, BSN, MA Kathie earned her BS in Nursing from Alderson-Broaddus College, Philippi, WV and her MA in Administration from Nova University, FL. She has been the executive director of Wheeling Health Right since 1992. Prior to WHR she was the Nursing Coordinator and Assistant Director at

She has been the executive director of Wheeling Health Right since 1992. Prior to WHR she was the Nursing Coordinator and Assistant Director at Florence Crittenton Home and Services for 12 years.
Kathie is a graduate of Leadership Wheeling, Class of 1990; past president of Soroptimist International of Wheeling; and past charter president of Kiwanis Morning Club. She is a member of the Human Rights Committee at St. John's Home; past president and current treasurer of West Virginia Association of Free Clinics; and a member of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Association of Free Clinics. Kathie is an active member of St. Paul's Evangelical Church where she serves as an Elder. She has been the recipient of the WV State Journal's Healthcare Heroes Award and IN Wheeling Magazine has honored her as a Guardian Angel of Wheeling. Kathie also recently was awarded as one of the YWCA Tribute to Women 2019 award winners.
Kathie resides in Wheeling with her husband Richard "Butch" Brown of 43 years; they have two sons and four grandchildren.
