Charles Flamini

Committeeman Chuck Flamini was appointed to the Winslow Township Committee in June, 2002 to fill an unexpired term and has served on the committee since then. Committeeman Flamini currently is Director of the Department of Municipal Utilities and serves as the Committee member on the Winslow Township Planning Board. He is currently on the Administrative SubCommittee, Water/Sewer SubCommittee, Revenue and Finance SubCommittee, Ad-Hoc Green Committee. He had previously served as Director of Finance and as liaison to the Economic Development Council and Human Relations Commission. Committeeman Flamini was appointed to a select committee to work with the Dodge Foundation, a part of the Pew Trust, when Winslow Township received a grant to study development in the Pinelands areas of Winslow Township. He has served on the Oak Forest Civic Association Board of Directors, and was the writer of their newsletter. He also previously served as president of the Overbrook Band Parents Association. After attending Temple University Committeeman Flamini has been in sales, sales and operations management for his entire career, having worked in family owned businesses, medium sized businesses and large national corporations.

Evelyn M. Leverett

A graduate of Temple University and a proud member of the South Jersey Chapter of the Links Incorporated, Committeewoman Leverett was originally elected to public office in 2011 and currently serves on the Winslow Township Committee. She is a member of the Economic Development Council, Shared Services Committee, Ad-Hoc Green Team, Senior Citizen Committee Director Liaison, and Assessor Office Committee Director Liaison. Also was a Liaison to the former Human Relations Commission. Committeewoman Leverett has also had a long and distinguished career in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. In the corporate sector she has served as Regional Manager and Branch Manager for the New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation for over 15 years as well as a Training Executive for Rogen International. In the non-profit world she has functioned as the former Executive Director of Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater New York City Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, now known as NYC Komen Race for the Cure where she is still distinguished as Board Emeritus.

Has been a resident of Winslow Twp for the past 37 years. Employed by Atlantic City Electric (A subsidiary of Exelon Utilities) for 37.5 years. She has supported disaster recovery and emergency preparedness efforts throughout the service territory. Jacqui has a Bachelor's degree from Widener University and a M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She also has a Human Performance Improvement Certification from the American Society for Training and Development. She is also a member of the Shared Services Committee, Water and Sewer SubCommittee, Committee Liaison Director of the Winslow Board of Health Committee, Winslow Twp Drug and Alcohol Alliance, Parks and Recreation Committee and the Winslow Twp Democrat Committee. Marie D. Lawrence

Mayor Marie Lawrence was historically appointed Mayor of Winslow Township on March 22, 2022. Prior to her appointment, Mayor Lawrence served on Winslow Township Committee as the Representative of Ward 3 since 2004 and served as Deputy Mayor from 2009-2022. Over the course of her tenure on Winslow Township Committee, she has overseen multiple township entities. Mayor Lawrence is currently Director of Public Safety, Director of Administration, Director of Revenue and Finance, Chairperson of AD HOC Green Committee. She is also a member of the Camden County Mayor's Association and Camden County Open Space. Mayor Lawrence is a long time resident of Winslow Township and retired after a long career with Atlantic City Electric. Over her lifetime, she has worn many hats from an OIC life skill instructor; Winslow Township Board of Education; Even Start Program; CCTS; and owned her own Clerical Service. She had the distinguished honor of working for the first African American City Commissioner in Atlantic City. Mayor Lawrence has also served on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra; Board member of the non-profit MEN (Men Empowering Nations) and NEVAS. Mayor Lawrence has received numerous awards for her service to the community. Including but not limited to: John Kerfoot Award, given by the Camden County Democrats for Distinguished Party Service Camden County Martin Luther King Medal "The Many Faces of the African American Woman's Award" awarded by the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc Theta Kappa Omega Chapter Gold Star Award for "Ordinary Women Doing Extraordinary Things" awarded by The National Hook Up of Black Women Inc. Who is Ray Watkins? He is a native of Camden, NJ, a proud graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School. Mr. Watkins was raised to treat the janitor the same as the CEO. A man of few words and a lot of action. If you live, work, or play in Winslow Twp., you have encountered Ray Watkins. Currently, he works as the Food Service Manager for the Winslow Twp. School District. Mr. Watkins also serves as Deputy Mayor/Ward 3 Committeeman in Winslow Twp. His community roles have included serving as a liaison to the Winslow Twp. Zoning Board, Director of Public Works in Winslow Township, Liaison to the Municipal Alcohol and Drug Alliance, Liaison to the School Board, Celebrations Committee, National Night Out Committee, Family Day, and Juneteenth Director. In addition, he has been known to organize and host clothes, toys, book drives, and PPE giveaways in Winslow Twp. and other surrounding communities like Camden, Bridgeton, Chesilhurst, Mitzvah, Clementon, Lindenwold, and Blackwood, to name a few. He also helps manage campaigns for many elected officials. Ray Watkins is someone who thinks, plans, and executes. Ray is a landlord, an audio engineer with over 35 years of music production experience. To add to his library of creativity, he is also a web/graphic designer and photographer. He is the owner and co-owner of several businesses. The Village of Camden County Inc. is the newest venture that is set to do some amazing things for the community. Ray Watkins was the recipient of the Omega Psi Phi Citizenship Award in 2017. In 2020, he received the Community Service Award during the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday Celebration and Awards Ceremony sponsored by the Community Care Food and Clothing Pantry. In 2021, he received the "My Roses Now" Award from The DOT Organization. In 2024, he was the recipient of the Camden County's Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Medal Award and the 2024 Visionary Award from the Camden County East NAACP.
