Adrienne Webb

Adrienne has a background in marketing but has gained over 15 years experience in ERA matters. Adrienne has a background in marketing and has gained over 20 years' experience in ERA matters. In her spare time Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.

Amanda Unwin

Job Titles:
  • Case Administrator / Receptionist
Amanda is the voice of ERA and works alongside the live case team in the setting up and smooth running of cases. In her spare time Amanda enjoys spending time with her young family, and long walks in the countryside.

Caroline Beckett

Job Titles:

  • Pensions Administrator
Caroline is a highly experienced administrator with a background in a variety of admin and data input roles, she applies her skills in order to progress pensions claims. In her spare Caroline enjoys travelling, reading, cooking and spending time with family.

Daisy Tooth

Daisy manages all aspects of the company's accounts from purchasing to invoicing, cash flow and budgets. In her spare time Daisy enjoys travelling and theme parks.

Dan Large

Dan has now been promoted to Manager having proven himself to be an extremely effective Case Manager. His empathetic and caring nature and commitment make him a very valuable asset for ERA. Dan has a vast knowledge of all things ERA, and excels at being hands on with all cases regardless of size. A key part of his role is to assist our clients with ensuring a seamless case progression. Dan manages the ERA team. Dan is a member of R3 and enjoys networking to ensure we are up to date with the latest policies and procedures. In his spare time Dan loves to socialise and travel.

Fiona Myatt

Previously, Fiona spent almost 20 years as a Senior Financial Advisor at Lloyds Bank, and has actually worked for us before, between 2014 and 2017. Despite having been away for almost 5 years, Fiona made up her mind to come back to us because "…I find the job so rewarding, it's a really satisfying way of helping people…". With over 20 years' experience in the financial sector, Fiona manages our balancing claims service (preferential and unsecured). Fiona also oversees our pension claims team with support on any technical issues. Fiona loves a spreadsheet! In her spare time Fiona enjoys relaxing weekends in her holiday home in Wales.

Gillian Andrews

Gillian has over 15 years' experience in ERA matters and is our credit controller. Applying great attention to detail, she excels at working in people/person environment. Gilly is an excellent administrator with a calming personality.

Gillian Broderick

Gillian has over 10 years' experience in ERA matters. She excels at working in people/person environments and employs great attention to detail making Gillian an excellent administrator with a calming personality.

Josie Myatt

Josie has recently graduated from Birmingham City University and is thoroughly enjoying learning new processes that will enhance her role in the insolvency sector. Josie has worked on site and is in the process of forming relationships with IPs and pension providers. In her spare time Josie enjoys socialising with her friends.

Julia Ross

Julia is an experience administrator and is responsible for processing the RP15/RP15a pension claims. In her spare time Julia is a keen Bee Keeper making her own delicious honey and is a breeder of English Setters.

Laura Cook

Laura's day to day role is vital in the setting up and smooth running of cases and ensuring that the team have all the necessary information to swiftly process employee claims. In her spare time Laura enjoys spending time with her young family.

Linda Flanagan - Founder

Linda was the founder of ERA Solutions and worked in the sector for over 30 years. Linda was a former manager at PwC, Legacy Coopers & Lybrand. She is sadly missed by the whole team.

Sandra Hooper

Sandra joined the ERA Solutions team in October 2019 and is our friendly receptionist, here to direct your calls and assist with queries. Sandra is an integral part of the team using her vast experience in live case set up. Her attention to detail and information sourcing skills allow cases to progress very efficiently. In her spare time Sandra enjoys off road cycling and long country walks with her energetic spaniel.

Sarah Rheeston - Managing Director

Sarah has worked in ERA for over 18 years. She took over as Managing Director in 2013. She has overseen the implementation of a number of changes in order to streamline ERA practices - Including the use of IPS for all cases and clients. Sarah says "We have dealt with many high profile cases such as BHS, Monarch and Toy-r-Us, we can deal with any case regardless of size". Sarah has over 20 years' experience in all aspects of ERA.
