Adam is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Adrian is a consultant to Nexus Planning and has over 20 years' private sector consultancy experience. For the past 10 years he has specialised in the care and retirement sector, working on a range of projects for operators and developers across the UK.
Adrian is at the forefront of policy research to establish how changes to the planning system can positively impact upon this market and address a pressing shortfall in quality provision. This work includes initial site appraisal, planning applications and appeals and project delivery.
To date, Adrian has secured planning permission for over 100 care schemes including assisted living developments, nursing homes and specialist care facilities.
Adrian is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Alexandra has worked in the Planning Industry for 16 years and is the Operations Manager for Nexus Planning, taking responsibility for the company-wide support functions for the business. She was previously the Marketing Manager at Nexus for 5 years, in that time she oversaw the rebranding and recent brand refresh of the company and launch of 2 new websites.
She has extensive experience in a wide range of projects including town centre masterplans and Neighbourhood Plans, with a particular focus on graphic design, as well as preparation and organisation public engagement and subsequent reporting. She has also taken a role in the preparation of several Retail and Leisure Studies in Ireland, Northern Ireland, England and Wales, specifically undertaking City, Town and District centre health checks and researching retail and town centre trends.

Asma has been with Nexus Planning for 5 years and is the HR and Training Business Partner for the company.

Carl is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Chathurani graduated from the University of the West of England (UWE) in 2023 with a Masters in Urban Planning following her degree in Town and Country Planning at University of Moratuwa.
Chathurani joined Nexus Planning in June 2023 with four years' experience in urban planning an international development under international donors including United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
Chathurani is particularly interested in gaining experience at Nexus in large scale strategic residential schemes. She is currently assisting with updating a policy tracker of several Local Planning Authorities for Nexus Planning.

Dan has over 15 years' experience in planning consultancy, during which time he has gained experience in different areas of planning, with a particular focus on residential and residential-led mixed-use developments.
His areas of expertise include planning appraisals, applications, appeals, development plan promotions, the co-ordination of multi-disciplinary teams and the preparation of Environmental Statements.
Dan is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
Fiona graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2020 with an MA degree in Geography and International Relations. Before joining Nexus Research and Analytics in September 2021, she worked as an assistant at an academic research centre.
Fiona provides assistance on socioeconomic and demographic assessments, as well as contributing towards original research projects.
Gemma joined Nexus Planning in 2017 bringing over 20 years of administration experience with her.
With a wide variety of skills including InDesign and Photoshop, Gemma has proven herself to be an integral member of the Manchester team providing background assistance on projects. She is also the Bid Manager for the company.

Hywel has a wide-range of experience working on strategic and immediate land projects.
He is currently working on significant strategic residential promotions in both the South West and South East of England, as well as outline and detailed planning application for residential developments of differing scales across the south of England. Hywel also has experience of securing planning permissions for non-residential projects including a winery in Wiltshire and high ropes course within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Hywel is particularly skilled in the project management of planning applications, appeal inquiries and site promotions, as well as preparing robust planning arguments and critically analysing evidence base documents. He also has strong experience in devising comprehensive planning strategies.
His recent clients include Hallam Land Management, Taylor Wimpey, Gleeson Land and Lands Improvement Holdings.

Lucy has 7 years' of professional experience and joined Nexus Planning in 2022. She has worked on a wide range of projects including residential schemes, commercial developments and mixed-use schemes across the South East.
With a particular interest in strategic land promotion and largescale housing development, Lucy has been involved in many Local Plan examinations, from the preparation of representations and hearing statements to acting on behalf of clients at examination hearings.
Lucy has experience in formulating and executing planning strategies, alongside the co-ordination, preparation and submission of outline and detailed planning applications for minor schemes through to large scale housing development.
In addition, Lucy has experience in the calculation and analysis of five-year housing land supply positions, alongside a comprehensive understanding of Green Belt policies.

Matt holds a Geography degree from Loughborough University and a Masters in Spatial Planning and Development from the University of Reading.
He joined Nexus Planning with more than six years' experience in the public sector, working in Development Management at Runnymede Borough Council and Elmbridge Borough Council dealing with a variety of planning applications, including large scale housing, commercial and dementia care schemes in the urban area and the green belt; along with a variety of appeals.
Matt is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Max holds a bachelor's Geography degree and a Masters in Spatial Planning from Oxford Brookes University. He has joined Nexus Planning with four years' experience in the public sector working in development management at South Oxfordshire District Council, dealing with a variety of planning applications, appeals, and enforcement cases.

Megan has recently joined Nexus Planning via an apprenticeship scheme which is allowing her to gain hands-on experience in the planning industry, at the same time as earning a nationally-recognised qualification through her study at London South Bank University.
Since joining Nexus Planning, Megan has been involved in a range of projects ensuring she gains the relevant experience to establish herself in the field of Town Planning.
