ASTRANTA ASSET MANAGEMENT - Key Persons
Graham has primary responsibility for leading the asset management of a number of in-house property companies. He's currently over seeing a number of acquisitions and disposals for the in-house fund.
Graham also acts as a consultant surveyor for several major Organisations including HMCTS, Global Media, Euromoney Plc and The Financial Ombudsman.
Graham has been the creator of several successful companies. Starting with the creation of Farebrother's specialist Midtown Team (1985), he went on to create the Focus central London database (1992) that is now owned by CoStar, founding Primary Health Properties (1995) and Health Investments Ltd (2000).
Graham is heavily involved in the Charity DEBRA, where he has been a Trustee for over 20 years with roles including President of the charity Debra International, Treasurer of Debra UK and Chair of the UK shops. He is presently Auditor of DEBRA International.
Graham is married with two grown up daughters. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Freeman of the City of London.
Mark has a background in development, investment and fund management, with an in depth knowledge of the leisure and retail sector.
He is currently working on long term regeneration projects with stakeholders including M&G, Eon and Urban Catalyst as well as some of the largest local authorities in the UK. To realise many of these projects Astranta have formed joint venture arrangements.

Nick has been active in the development and investment arena since leaving Royal and Sun Alliance where he was a director.
He is busy finishing the restoration and conversion of a property in Dorking originally erected in 1590 and occupied by The Mullins family before they sailed the Mayflower to the USA. He has recently completed the successful sale of properties in Guildford and Leatherhead on behalf of the partnerships which Astranta created.
Nick is a fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of IPD.
