Our dedicated team of experienced Managers works tirelessly to schedule the logistics of daily visits to all our clients making sure your visits are as close to your preferred times as possible and that calls are delivered in a timely and professional manner to meet your own personal needs and preferences. Our QA team is busy making sure the quality of care support is constantly maintained and delivered. As well as making sure your care support is delivered the way you prefer, we undertake initial assessments that are vital from a health and safety perspective too, making sure both clients and care staff are safe throughout the whole of the care support visit. Our initial assessment is an essential tool for undertaking the necessary risk assessments and gathering all relevant information that allows Absolute Care at Home to provide a person-centred careplan that ensures your own personal needs are met as safely as possible. Our QA team follows through with regular reviews to ensure the standard of quality of your care support is constantly maintained.
