Eve has over 8 years' experience working in both student and professional lettings and property management. With a wealth of experience Eve is working towards her ARLA Propertymark qualification with support from an ARLA Propertymark accredited Director in the wider business.
Eve is able to ensure that Exchange Residential runs efficiently day to day, ensuring that both tenants and landlords receive an exceptional service.
Eve has a positive, can-do attitude, a breadth of sector knowledge as well as considerable knowledge of the property market in the North East and is able to relate to student tenants and landlords alike.
Grace is the newest addition to the team but has quickly become an integral member of the business. Grace is now a passionate property professional with a hard-working positive attitude.
Grace is keen to further her property knowledge and strives to provide our clients with a highly professional service.
Sophie is a Property Manager with over 8 years' worth of experience in the property industry working in student and residential lettings and property management.
Sophie prides herself on delivering a high level of customer service and attention to detail and she is able to build an excellent rapport with tenants and landlords alike. Sophie covers multiple roles from viewings to property maintenance.
With Sophie's knowledge and experience she is able to give outstanding, one-to-one service to both tenants and landlords.
