Our organization is dedicated to serving children with Acute on Chronic Medical Fragile needs within the community of Prince George's County, Maryland. We are committed to providing skilled nursing care and supervision services. We establish a family-like atmosphere for our Children with 24-hour nursing staff, educational, recreational, and social activities. Our goal is to give them a thriving, healthy lifestyle for years to come... Second Family Inc provides safe, secure, loving , and nurturing environment. Because of our unique Story ; we are excited to be called Second Family... Second Family works with and Advocates for children with special needs. Our houses are designed to meet those needs. We provide a home away from home.
