Faced with helping her own aging family with their elder legal needs, Jami realized that there was a need for a legal counsel who truly helps clients feel relieved and non-threatened when navigating the estate planning process. To help fill that need, she co-founded Three Rivers Law Center in Longview, WA.
Jami is committed to making estate planning as easy and fulfilling as possible. Jami's practice is focused on estate planning, and she especially enjoys working with young families, the elderly, unmarried couples, and individuals who hope to protect their family wealth from creditors and predators. Her overall practice areas include estate planning; asset protection planning; elder law and long-term care planning; business advising; and business formation.
Jami brings a strong business background to the firm, and a passion for entrepreneurship. She has created, or has helped create as a team, several successful businesses. In addition, she has a background in sales, marketing, and community leadership. It is for these reasons she enjoys assisting small business owners with issues that commonly arise - formation, employment issues, contracts, leases, and succession planning. Jami particularly enjoys working with women-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, nonprofits, and family businesses.
While in law school, Jami earned numerous awards and honors, including the "World Savior Award" (most likely to "do good" with a law degree), membership in the Moot Court Honors Board, the Mock Trial Board, and the Marjorie Day Trial Advocacy Scholarship. She also holds a B.L.A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City (UMKC). While at UMKC, Jami was awarded the "Most Outstanding Returning Student" award, the President's Scholarship, and was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the Alpha Sigma Lambda honor fraternity. She also lobbied the Missouri Legislature on behalf of the students of the UM system.

Jeff strongly believes that high quality estate planning keeps the peace between family members after a loved one's passing. He really enjoys crafting highly-customized estate plans for clients, and believes that careful planning is a gift to those we leave behind.
Jeff is also passionate about peaceful dispute resolution, and he strives to strengthen families in our community. He believes that healthy family bonds are crucial to personal happiness and connected communities. When conflict arises between family members, Jeff will make every effort to assist in finding a resolution in a respectful way. Jeff's focus is on facilitating healthy problem solving so that family relationships are renewed, not destroyed.
Jessica grew up in Cowlitz County and is a graduate of Mark Morris High School. She is very close to her family and is one of 8 siblings. She has a passion for working with people and families. She attended Western Oregon University and after graduating worked as a first-grade educator before returning to Longview to be closer to her family. Jessica holds a Masters in Education.
Jessica often makes her clients and co-workers laugh! When she is not focusing on clients at our law center or working towards her next degree, Jessica enjoys spending her free time with her family, especially her many nieces and nephews. She loves the cool winter months and the holiday season brings her great joy!

Attorney Paul Roesch has successfully practiced law in Washington since 1972. He has served many happy estate planning and business law clients over the years.
Paul enjoys traveling, and is currently on a quest for retirement so that he can spend more time with his family - especially his grandkids!
