Anne-Marie Shelley is General Counsel at Accretive, LLC. Anne-Marie joined Accretive in 2004. Prior to Accretive, Anne-Marie practiced as a corporate attorney at Norton, Rose, Fulbright US LLP from 1995-2004. Anne-Marie focused her practice on corporate transactions, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, private M&A, private equity, corporate governance, compliance and general corporate matters. From 1992 to 1995, Anne-Marie was an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice.
Anne-Marie received her B.A. in Economics from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova, Pennsylvania where she was a member of the Law Review.
Edgar Bronfman Jr. is a Managing Partner at Accretive, LLC. He is a director on the boards of Everspring and Insureon.
Bronfman is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Warner Music, one of the world's largest music companies. During his tenure, WMG was named one of Fortune Magazine's "Most Admired Companies" in 2007, the first music company ever to receive the honor and, in 2009, was recognized as one of the "The World's 50 Most Innovative Companies" by Fast Company magazine.
Bronfman also serves on the boards of fuboTV and as Executive Chairman of Global Thermostat LLC, a pioneering company designed to develop and commercialize a technology for the direct capture of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and other sources. He is Chairman of the Board of Endeavor Global, a non-profit organization pioneering a new approach to international development. In addition, he serves on the board of the New York University Elaine A. and Kenneth G. Langone Medical Center and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
Bronfman is married and resides in New York City. He has seven children.

Mr. Cline is the founding managing partner of Accretive, LLC and has founded a number of companies including Fandango, R1 RCM, Accolade, Insureon, Everspring and Accumen among others. Mr. Cline serves as the Chairman of Accolade and Insureon and is on the Board of Everspring. Before founding Accretive, Mr. Cline was a General Partner at General Atlantic and prior to that an associate at McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Cline received his BS from Cornell University and his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. He chairs the Tigers Forever Initiative at Panthera and serves on the Board of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and the Harvard Business School Rock Center for Entrepreneurship. Mr. Cline is married with six children.
Tony Shum is the Chief Financial Officer at Accretive, LLC. Tony joined Accretive in 2005. Prior to Accretive, Tony was a Manager in the Audit & Advisory Services at KPMG LLP, where he specialized in the Investment Management Services practice, serving alternative asset fund clients during his six years at KPMG.
Tony received a B.A. with cum laude from Pace University with a concentration in Public Accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
