Bill Madison is chief executive officer of the Insurance business of the go-to-market LexisNexis® Risk Solutions brand. Bill has played a key role in the integration of data services into multiple channels and in transforming the business from being a data provider in insurance to providing a holistic approach to risk analysis, underwriting, and claims processing that includes process enhancement. Bill joined the organization in 1989 as part of the Equifax acquisition of Innovative Research Inc., where he was a member of the leadership team which developed several products that revolutionized auto insurance underwriting. When the company's insurance services team was spun off from Equifax to create ChoicePoint, he was instrumental in transitioning the organization into a standalone unit. Haywood "Woody" Talcove is the chief executive officer of the Government business of LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. Jamie O'Sullivan is group managing director for the Proagrica, EG, Nextens, and XpertHR segments of the LexisNexis® Risk Solutions Group. In this role, Jamie provides strategic leadership, accelerating product innovation and driving commercial execution across these markets. Jamie joined Reed Business Information in 2000. In 2009 he was named CFO for the Reed Business International portfolio, providing operational and financial leadership for the business units across Continental Europe and Australia, and subsequently providing commercial guidance to redevelop businesses in the Netherlands, as well as steering the growth acceleration plans, and later sale, of Reed Construction Data US. In May 2014, Jamie took responsibility as CFO for the Reed Business Information globally and took a lead role in re-shaping the portfolio organically and through mergers and acquisitions. In June 2017 he added to role, serving as COO for Reed Business Information to drive operational efficiency and upgrade supporting business processes and systems.
