Andrej is a co-founder and President of AEC Advisors LLC.
Chris is an Analyst at AEC Advisors LLC. He focuses on mergers & acquisitions, stock valuations, data analysis, and corporate finance modeling.
Chris graduated with a BA in Economics and Applied Mathematics/Statistics from Johns Hopkins University, and subsequently received an MS in Global Finance & Corporate Finance from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Chris was also the captain of the varsity baseball team at Johns Hopkins.
Joe is a co-founder and Principal of AEC Advisors LLC.
​Throughout Joe's career, he has focused on corporate finance, investment analysis, mergers & acquisitions and financial sponsor advisory.
Prior to forming AEC Advisors LLC, Joe worked in several corporate finance advisory and investing roles, including as a Vice President at EFCG, an investment associate at a family office, and a Capital Markets Analyst at CIT Group.
